Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a full-service restaurant that offers a variety of ice cream cakes and dilly bars. Customers can enjoy a chocolate cone in a comfortable, air-conditioned space. The staff is friendly and attentive, often working hard to ensure quality and quick service, even during busy times. Located conveniently near Shoreview Schools and Community Center, this DQ features great weekly deals through their app, such as free Mini Blizzards and discounted cones. While the drive-thru can get busy, the staff does a good job of keeping orders warm or cold for mobile orders. One standout employee received praise for his exceptional service and positive attitude. Customers have noted that the soft serve ice cream is creamy, and the Blizzard options, especially the Oreo Blizzard, are always tempting. The food menu is decent for fast food, with hot dogs being a standout item. However, the burgers can be a bit dry, and the fries are crispy but sometimes too salty. Overall, this Dairy Queen is highly recommended for its service, food, and atmosphere, making it a solid choice for a casual outing.
