It was extremely busy and the kowalskis manager stepped in to run the register so that both Starbucks employees could make drinks. Great teamwork
My online order has never been done on time at this location. That said the coffee is fresh, tastes, good, and staff is generally friendly. I’m not sure what the issue is here but wouldn’t recommend this location for ordering ahead.
The staff members at the Starbucks are awesome. They’re very friendly to me and my daughter we go there every day in between our routes and they are very welcoming and amazing. my daughter wanted a certain drink and they listened to her and made it like how she wanted it and it came out amazing

A request for less ice in a grande was not fulfilled, with the drink having too much ice and not much flavor. The espresso drinks are not always ideal, but the Cold Brew is well-brewed. The upstairs loft inside Kowalski's is a wonderful place to meet and chat, with the best deal being the protein boxes for a healthy lunch.
