First time coming here since moving to the area and the service was good and my bagel was good as well. I thought at first the place was closed because the open sign was turned off and the caribou sign was on but as we looked in their were lots of workers. Really good location and even connected to a Caribou but the Brueggers has been BAD for many years now. Even if you find a nice person working there, there is always a person that should not be in customer service. The food is usually cold or made incorrectly, or they dont wipe off the knife covered in the cream cheese they put on the last bagel, and proceed to wipe it on yours. The food is always fantastic. However, it seems their order-ahead feature is disabled every few weeks. Not sure why, and it’s pretty frustrating when I often don’t have the time to stand in line for 20 minutes and wait when I could have made things easier for everyone and simply submitted an order so the staff know exactly what I want. They are missing out on a big revenue stream by not having this feature available as I often order $20+ worth of food on the order ahead feature....read full review
