“One of the worse sandwiches I have had! I will NEVER understand how an employee can begin to make your sandwich knowing full well the bread is as hard as a rock!!!!!
The lettuce was old. I tried holding a quick conversation with both employees & they were so unfriendly is was just a really bad experience.“

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“They serve super tasty, fresh sandwiches, salads and so much more! I love their Oriental salad and Zany Mullany sandwich combo. Open for breakfast too, Service is fast and prices are very reasonable. The staff is so fun -- I always come away happy that I stopped in!“

“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“The team at the Highland Park St. Paul location is exceptional! Every staff member was warm, welcoming and genuinely engaged. The energy in the restaurant was so positive that I actually hadn’t planned to stay and eat, but the environment pulled me in.

It was honestly fun to watch the team together so seamlessly - welcoming and chatting with each guest while simultaneously prepping, building sandwiches, cooking, checking out customers, and keeping the space clean. Everyone seemed to move through each part of the process with such ease and attentiveness, and it created a really enjoyable atmosphere.

And of course my sandwich was perfect and delicious! Huge shoutout to this team! You can tell they take pride in what they do!“

“Really glad that Mama's Market is in the neighborhood. The sandwiches are well made with slightly spicy mama's sauce. I really liked the green smoothie, though it was a little sweet. I also liked the range of groceries and household goods available there. Prices are low to medium. They have bags of plantain chips on the shelf, bulk and 2 lb. bags of yellow split peas (vatana dal) and red lentils (masoor dal). They have many more grocery items that constitute African and America cuisine.“

“We have been going here since it opened and is always pretty good they do tend to mess up the ingredients on the subs alot I did complain once and received free subs from the manager I think but can't redeem on account no one at the store knows about it so we just pay for our food I see they are opening one in stillwater may give that one a try.“

“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“I am a vegan so I cannot say much of a review for their sandwich options, but I work at the mall and I occasionally come here for French fries. They always make them fresh, and they give you a really decent serving for the price. In this image this is a large size, and I had a handful already. 😆 The fries are always so hot and delicious!! 🤤😋 They have a decent selection of condiments & seasonings. I really recommend their lemonade it is bomb and definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Services always super quick and on point, employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating. Play overall have a very good vibe and good food. Definitely recommend if you're a french fry lover LOL“

“If you like Jimmy John's then you will like this place! The manager/one of the managers is nice and has helped me with the rewards system. I have only ever had one problem here over the course of a couple years, which tell me that issues are infrequent.

She made sure our sandwiches were correct and apologized for the wait explaining that she was working alone. Props to Meghan who showed up, and worked hard all by herself through a holiday weekend lunch rush. She deserves all the praise.“

“My office is nearby so I order from the app to pickup from here a lot when I need something quick. It is always ready when I get there and is always made well. Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.“

That lady cut the entire line and demanded her sandwiches to be made first. This location is known for its great regulars. I'm sorry the employee had to put up with this bad customer. I will definitely return over and over. That lady seems to leave only bad reviews according to her account.“
