The team at the Highland Park St. Paul location is exceptional! Every staff member was warm, welcoming and genuinely engaged. The energy in the restaurant was so positive that I actually hadn’t planned to stay and eat, but the environment pulled me in.

Ordered in the app, I arrived after the estimated time to pick it up and tbe food was not ready.
One of the employees asked if I had pickup, I answered it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes ago, he continued to help the person he was helping when I arrived which was correct and proceeded to ask me again if I had pickup.... I told him the ti.e it was supposed to be ready again and he said I didn't answer the question..... if I didn't have pickup why would I be telling him...read full review

Jersey Mike's Subs offers fresh subs in a new location that neighbors welcomed. The staff is welcoming and has great attitudes even when busy. They give good suggestions for subs. One sandwich had bold mayonnaise, and the flavors worked well. The staff behind the counter smiled, was upbeat, and seemed happy to be there, which made the experience better. The food is solid and fresh, better than Jimmy Johns for some. The Turkey/Provolone with a free coupon tastes much better. Some customers reported a kid at the cash register and boys inside made fun of them, but the food remained good. The team is hard working and stays calm with difficult customers. A manager or owner keeps the staff on track with great communication. Overall, the store provides great customer service, solid food, and a memorable experience. It is highly recommended.
