You guys need a new manager desperately. The employees do not have any replacements or consideration for a customers time. Rude and disrespectful for no reason. Do not recommend especially for take outs
Each time we've been to this location for the past 4 times, this location has been out of some ingredient. The last time we went in, they were out of rice, lettuce, peppers, pico, and chicken. The only thing consistent about this location is how frequently they're out of ingredients.
The worst chipotle… they always run out of food like 3 hours+ before closing…

The employees remain nice and try their best to accommodate customers. Orders can be picked up ahead of time to avoid long waits, although there may still be occasional mistakes with orders. The management is responsive to customer concerns and provides good customer service. A tall manager has been noted for his phenomenal service, handling a constant line of customers quickly and with a smile. Prices may be considered a bit high, but the quality of the food is generally satisfactory, with items like the Barbacoa bowl and delicious guacamole highly recommended. However, some customers have raised concerns about the dining area closing early, which may affect convenience for those who wish to dine in. Overall, the food is good and the staff is friendly.
