Line worker was very rude to me. I Asked for double chicken and double honey chicken. Refused to give me an extra scoop of honey chicken and says “I already gave you double chicken” I’m always willing to pay for extra meat. I don’t know what this guys issue is but it needs to be corrected. Unacceptable behavior.
Absolutely disappointed went in today, spent $32 used my Chipotle points number. I did not get points for anything, also scan for a free sauce that clearly did not get accepted, didn't get a receipt. Absolutely terrible experience, this is the closest location to me and I keep giving them chance after chance. I was told the store did not have small tops for the small containers, so the sauce would be put in the large container and I would be charged for the large size........smh...read full review
Very slow, I stood in line for about 20 minutes. There was some training going on so that could have slowed things up a little bit, but during a lunch rush someone should have stepped in to help out..... The food was good

The employees remain nice and try their best to accommodate customers. Orders can be picked up ahead of time to avoid long waits, although there may still be occasional mistakes with orders. The management is responsive to customer concerns and provides good customer service. A tall manager has been noted for his phenomenal service, handling a constant line of customers quickly and with a smile. Prices may be considered a bit high, but the quality of the food is generally satisfactory, with items like the Barbacoa bowl and delicious guacamole highly recommended. However, some customers have raised concerns about the dining area closing early, which may affect convenience for those who wish to dine in. Overall, the food is good and the staff is friendly.
