Decided to go to this location given I was nearby and hungry. One exterior door was locked and has been for many months. Female worker starting orders seemed to be annoyed and didn't greet customers. Male employee in rear of kitchen was running his hands through his hair and did not wash them afterwards nor did he put on gloves. When I said NO LETTUCE at the toppings area to finalize my order that was getting cold he asked if I wanted Lettuce. I had to remind him I already said NO.This location is dirty, untidy, the condiments area was a mess, napkins on floor, trash overflowing, and leaves and debris from outside in the store.Does the manager care? Do the employees? Does the district manager? Apparently not.

Portion sizes were significantly smaller than other twin cities locations. Ordered 2 burritos and neither one had fajita veggies. The place wasn't exactly clean either.You're better off going somewhere else.

For three little tacos it was very expensive. The food was good I did pick up and order ahead so I didn't have to wait that long although they did give me the wrong bag with the wrong name on it but I pointed that out to them so they didn't have to remake the other dudes order

Just not a good chipotle. Supposed to open at 10:45 and there’s employees inside at 10:50 just watching me outside keeping the doors locked. I just left. This chipotle has had so many issues in the past and it’s just not salvageable…

I ordered on Uber eats, and when I received my Bowl the lid was messed up and when I opened it, it looked like this. I worked at Chipotle before and It’s not supposed to be looking like this. They forgot, forks as well. They need to do something about that I mean the last time I had chipotle Was so good but this time it wasn’t looking so good

This place is a bummer, they are constantly out of things, cleanliness is poor, and orders are rarely correct if not done in store. They either need new management or need to shut down.

I've been coming to this location for over a year. Really no complaints about anything. I am just posting this because I got really bad food poisoning from eating here in the past 24hrs and have been violently sick. Thought I should let you guy's know.

Place is filthy. They were out of chicken and steak. They weren't even cooking more steak. Was amazed by staff looking angry, just standing around when they were out of food and from the prep counter, check out counter to the tables, the place was just a mess.

Avoid this chipotle at all costs.I used to regularly visit this chipotle as it’s in the neighborhood and normally pretty good food. I went through a period a year ago where every single order I placed was incorrect. I ordered from them for the first time today in months and months and don’t you know it? My order was incorrect.I’m sure the employees are super busy so this is obviously an ownership/management issue. The store is always disgusting with trash and food all over the tables and counters. It’s honestly shocking they haven’t been shut down given the state of disarray this business is in 100% of the time.If you’re going to order from this location, do so knowing you will likely get the wrong thing in a dirty environment.
