“We witnessed the staff being presented with a tough situation-an SUV full of people who took forever to order, then complained when their three huge bags of food didn’t come out fast enough for them. I have to commend the young people who were working today-I could see them working hard to get everything out in a timely manner. When our order came out, the young man at the window apologized for the delay (not necessary, it wasn’t his fault). I was very impressed with his poise and composure; it would have been easy to take the frustration out on the next customer, but he was friendly and polite. This is our DQ of choice, even though it’s not the closest for us. The food is always good, and the servers are an asset to the brand.“

A group of ten can be very hard to accommodate. We sat there for some March Madness games. I’m sure we were very demanding. Please change the channel. Can I have…. ECT. The service that we got was a ten. I love it when the staff all work together as a team to help out even if it’s not there table. Thank you very much, Great food and even better service.“

Well, life got busy and I wasn’t able to make it in for about 3 weeks. I called and spoke to Jonas, he checked his notes and honored his promise. When I got there he even offered me a drink.
