“This is a great old-school neighborhood bar and grill. I was in here today for the Friday fish special and it did not disappoint. Service was fast and friendly and the food portions were on the large side compared to the price. I always love coming into this place for a quick and tasty lunch. Great job!“
“Really tasty food, served fresh & hot. The staff are on top with all responsibilities even when busy. Lot parking, free . Cold beer & a fine Margerita. Peaceful Blue collar clientele. No worries. Check it out , see & taste for yourself.“
“This is a really nice place to go to have a few drinks and just to relax. It's very clean place and there's no drama at all like other places. Also every other Friday they have karaoke from 8:00. Also the food is awesome and the price is fairWheelchair accessibility: The door u go into is flat where a wheelchair can role right in. And their bathroom is wheelchair accessible“
“Went and saw a band on a Friday night. Place was busy and the band was placed in an odd spot. Literally in a busy area of the restaurant. No place to dance but behind us sitting at a rail. Should have removed some tables or had the band perform elsewhere.Waitress never talked to us and went to the bar for all our drinks. Bartender was amazing and fun. Overall great time. Will be back.“
“Strangely enough, I think this might be one of the best restaurants in the cities. They have this beet app that combines these flavors that are out of this world… and I’m not a huge beet guy. Seriously, my wife and I went home and have tried to replicate it after eating there. There’s also a chip app that’s unreal. Last, the burger is just delightful. Haven’t had a burger that good in a long, long time. The cocktails go down easy. I could keep going, but you get the point. Go here!“
“Crasqui might be our new fsvorite restaurant!! The menu is so beautifully crafted around memories, I can tell the dishes were thought out with a lot of love. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavors were balanced so well. It is priced fairly for the quality. The service was AMAZING and our server Luis made us feel like family. This was a great place to celebrate our anniversary and the staff made it feel very much like a special occasion. My partner has celiac (gluten allergy) and the staff was knowledgeable and they even had a separate frier. Overall, 10/10 experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available, staff is knowledgeableParking: Plenty of free parking“
“Amazing live music, fabulous drinks, and the owner Dolly, who is an absolute sweetheart, make for a wonderfully warm and inviting community of people coming together to share their love of music! Love the NOLA vibes too!!! Can't wait to see more shows from some of the Twin Cities legendary artists!“
“My overall experience at The Lexington was amazing. The service was amazing. Our server Chuck was great. Between the staff and management being accommodating to our large party of 7, my night was great. The food was delicious too. Thank you all so much!“
“The best borscht ive ever had. (and only but that doesn't matter.) i literally couldnt sleep last night because i was craving it so bad. so don't go, unless you want to be craving it for the rest of your life. Dumplings were very good as well! The guy walking around playing accordian added to the vibe too“
“It has been many years since a restaurant has provided excellent service, flavorful food and reasonable prices. I drive from South Minneapolis to Woodbury for Family Dinners and to-go orders, it is more than worth the trip. Andiamo is my new favorite.“
“Terrific find in St Paul in the Art Deco St Paul Air Terminal Holman's Table. Lot's of photos of early aviation, a private plane landed and taxi'd up for a lunch meeting. Meals were excellent, the room is a delight over looking Holman Field.“
“Very nice environment. Cool people. Excellent food. Experienced bar tenders. I highly recommend grabbing a friend for a nice experience. If you like playing cribbage don't forget to ask for the board and deck of cards. And come back here and share your experience!!“
“I've been to Malcolm Yards a few times and always have been pleased with my food. There is plenty of parking that is free and paid street parking. The inside and outside areas offer plenty of seating. Inside there are several food vendors to choose from and you can order from multiple. This time I got the chipotle sweet potato and roasted nabo sueco tacos from Martes. They were between $5-6 each, so not bad of a price. These tacos were so delicious, I didn't want them to end! I was so glad I went and tried these, but you can't go wrong with the other vendors either. The empanadas at Del Sur are amazing! Overall very cool spot to hang out, but can get expensive quickly if you don't pay attention.“
“Tasty unique cocktails. I think they should bring some food back though, I can drink more when I am eating! All the musical acts were good, especially Fenix Dion. The sound was fine for my ears, but I think the shape of the room made it hard for my phone to get good video.“
“We went for dinner with friends and loved the view, atmosphere, and had great service. The drinks for most of us were also excellent. However we all felt that the food and presentation was a three star. So take that into account if you are reading this.I know they are going for the diner/dinette vibe but the shrimp cakes in a cardboard box isn't ideal. The French fries also were good but look like something you would get next door at CHS Field.I had the duck pasta with ricotta cheese and it was a major letdown for me. I should have ordered the burrito. However the menu isn't that large so your options are limited. The pork belly was tasty but had way too much spicy sauce all over it.Will I go back? Honestly it is unlikely. I hope they can improve the food and expand the menu because the location is beautiful and historic. And our server was prompt and took great care of us.“
“A lot bigger than the last time I ate there, like 10 to 15 years ago. Food and service were great, very friendly, clean, our order came pretty quickly, nice decorations, but it was a little loud or noisy. My boyfriend could hear me when I tried talking to him. Had to raise my voice so much that the entire restaurant definitely heard me. Cuz suddenly it went quiet, I never felt that many eyes on me in my entire life. Anxiety overload. My grandson was chilling and relaxed.“
“Amazing food. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and was impressed with the flavor. Not over or under cooked and full of flavor. The restaurant gives you cheese bread and with the main entree, garlic bread. Both prepared and executed perfectly. My co driver order the raspberry cheesecake and said it was amazing. Looked very fancy and gourmet. Also the waitresses are very cute. Excellent environment, service and food. Very recommended and will be back.“
“Cultivated skill of fine dining meets dive bar. Bull’s Horn is something in between. Reasonably priced for dishes created by a culinary chef who makes his very own house made bologna and cheeses. His subtle cooking techniques results in extraordinary taste and texture that the unrefined tastebud may miss. Great food coupled with great service drove my family to stop here twice during our weekend trip to Minneapolis. Here are our must tries: Cheese Curd: Lightly battered and geniusly paired with thousand island dressing which breaks up the acidity of the cheese and brings out the rich creamy cheese flavor. Bologna Sandwich: Not from your childhood! This homemade recipe marries a blend of spices that makes your tastebuds dance. Lightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside…assembled with homemade American cheese, a slice of crisp white onion on toasted white bread… the best I’ve had in my life! Chicken Gizzards: Technique, technique, technique. I can only wonder the effort and preparation on the front end that makes these gizzards so, so tender. Lightly battered and minimal frying time leave these gizzard with a “cut with a folk” and “melt in your mouth” texture that I have never experienced before.“
“This was our first time in here. We wanted to visit be/4 they close it down (closing this summer) and boy are we glad we did. The walleye and fries basket (all 5 of us ordered) was off the chain!!! Tasty and filing we couldn't eat all of it. Only missing a side of coleslaw. The wait staff from kitchen, the waitress everybody was so nice and accommodating. I think it cost $17-20.Will be back b4 closing, loved it!!“
“Great place, good food, weird vibe! The waitress or cook was off. We ordered an appetizer. Our friends ordered a different appetizer after us. Their appetizer arrived. We asked about ours. She told us it will be coming. Our food arrived and we asked again about the appetizer. She seemed confused. The appetizer never arrived and when she brought the bill she said something about never getting the appetizer. The whole exchange was weird. They should also take salads off the menu. That was not available when we were there either.“
“@mpm_midwest Thank you you for taking such great care of the Tito's event. Our teams were on site representing Tito's throughout the experiential evening and we can't wait to come back. Your staff and team at Can Can Wonderland were nothing but accommodating. Happy holidays to all of you. Sincerely, Midwest Promotional Models Inc.“
“Super fun bar and bowling alley! We came here with a couple of friends on a Thursday night to hit the lanes and grab some dinner. Food was decent, pretty standard bar fare. Service was a little slow, but it was packed so that might not be the norm. It was great that you can put your name on the list for Bowling while having dinner. It speeds up the process.Bowling prices are great! I like that it’s per person per game and not timed like a lot of Alleys are doing these days.“
“The place doesn't look much from the front, but the atmosphere is actually quite nice once you walk down the hallway (passing the glass wall behind the bar) and into the main restaurant. On warmer days, the patio looks like it would be an excellent place to hang out. The main part of their menu looked like a build-it-yourself type of thing. Pick tacos, burrito, quesadilla, etc. Then you can pick your protein, style, and sauce. I ended up choosing a Burrito Bowl with Carnitas Street Style. The food tasted great. It was obviously made with fresh ingredients. I was surprised later when I looked at the menu again and saw that it cost me an extra dollar to get the Burrito Bowl, thus saving them the tortilla. I wish the waiter would have mentioned the up charge, although I probably would have gotten the bowl anyway. As I do at most Mexican restaurants -- well, all restaurants -- I got an unsweetened iced tea. Much to my surprise, they charge for tea by the glass. No refills. Again, mentioning this when ordering would have been helpful. Personally, I have trouble paying $4 for iced tea in my at Starbucks... but at least I get free refills. Here, the glasses were much smaller, and again, no refills. At least the tea here tasted good. They checked me out tableside using ApplePay, which was nice. I didn't get an itemized bill. And I'm not quite sure if they tacked on a gratuity or not. Unlike normal, they didn't turn the POS terminal around and ask me to enter a tip amount. Bottom line... not sure if I will go back or not. The food was good. So was the atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced. What may keep me away is that each tiny glass of ice tea (tiny, by my standards) is $4.“
“The best BBQ. Bar bingo on Sundays!!! I couldn't tell you what I had . My son works there and I left it up to him to order for me. It was perfect the flavor was on top. EVERY BITE WAS BETTER THAN THE LAST!!! you will Enjoy it!! Tell Eli his mom sent you!!! Check out Sundays !!!! Im trying that for sure. Im not sure if they always have Sunday brunch but im diing to try. And Will Easter Sunday!!! Call first. It might be reservations only. Enjoy! I know you will.“
“Cannot say enough good things about our experience at Zambonis on 7th!! Stopped in Friday and camped out and ate and loved the entire experience! We attempted to give wild bills our business Saturday night, and after awful service we left and returned to zambonis! The food, drinks, and atmosphere are everything you would want from a local bar/restaurant! Ps...ask for Gus! He is hilarious!“
“Great place that's kid friendly and has 2 patios (front and back) that are both dog friendly. Good food, top notch service, great cocktails. The chicken and wild rice pot pie was a novel, yet obvious take on an old favorite. Of course those flavors go together. Can't believe it's not more common, but that's what's great about this place, they take familiar dishes and class them up. Really loved their cocktail options too. Will have to go back and try more because I was between a couple options. The blackberry sour was refreshing and had a hint of sweet to balance the tartness. Service was top notch, probably the best you'll get anywhere. Will definitely be back.Parking: There's a large parking lot that wraps around the restaurant. The back patio is in the parking lot. There's also street parking all around the lot, so if you can't find a spot in the lot, there are other options.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot more options for kids than on a standard kids menu and they had whole milk for littles. Their highchairs are better than most too with all the straps, etc. They give you crayons and the kids menu can be drawn on. Servers were good about putting food and drinks out of reach of babies and warning you about hot things. If you're looking for a family friendly meal out, this place has you covered.“
“The best place for sitting down. I've sat in so many places where I had a decent time sitting down but Tappers is different. Sitting at Tappers is just better. Sometimes I eat a pizza while sitting at Tappers and it's always amazing. Sometimes I drinks some drinks at Tappers and they make sitting at Tappers even better. I highly recommend sitting at Tappers.“
“This place is so cool. My friends and I are able to play classic console games and modern console games in a chill environment with great food and drinks. They also have open tournaments for smash bros and other fighters. The staff is amazing, super friendly.Parking: At MOA, no issues finding parkingKid-friendliness: This place is great for kids and adults. Parents will love being able to share gaming with their kidsWheelchair accessibility: Location has an elevator“
“First trip to Little Canada's Porterhouse, and I can say it was perfect. The drinks on point, the appetizers prefect, and the main course of steaks and king crab legs was also perfect. Dessert was also delicious and a great way to cap off a fantastic meal. We've long eaten at the Lakeville location, ( which is close to our house) which has always been excellent, best place in Lakeville to eat, and it's not surprising, but this location held the same exact standards of excellence.Out with a good friend tonight so we skipped pictures.“
“I attended The Mudd Room on a Wednesday during the comedy sessions. It was so much fun! I loved the lighting and the cozy feeling the place had. I definitely want to go back. It got pretty busy and was hard to get staff's attention as the space is a bit tight and long in length. The staff are super friendly. I had a flatbread and some tasty seasonal cocktails!“
“The Dubliner Pub's live Irish music (they sing more than just Irish, but Irish is my fave) and grab-someone-and-twirl-them dancing is top notch, so make sure you check this place out when they host live music, which is often thankfully. Nice side room with arcade style games and a pool table. We really love coming here; The atmosphere is great, even the old creaky wood floors!“
“AMAZING! My boyfriend & I had brunch here & were shocked to realize that this place had been just down the street for months & we had no idea, which is nuts because the food was AWESOME. Great atmosphere with cool artwork. Super delicious. I had the Ethiopian sampler & my boyfriend had the breakfast burrito. Both were outstanding. The drip coffee was great too! This is a great addition to the Seward neighborhood & I hope more people check this place out, because this restaurants needs to stay put!!!“
“My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and we were impressed by the food and overall experience. The highlight of my meal was the lamb tibs and the vegetarian platter. The lamb tibs were cooked to perfection—tender and juicy, with just the right amount of spice to give it a flavorful kick. The seasoning was rich and aromatic, making each bite a delightful experience. The vegetarian platter was a feast for veggie lovers like us. It included a variety of vegetable stews, lentils, and other delightful plant-based dishes. Each item was distinct in taste and texture. The portion size was generous, and the dish was served with injera, a soft and spongy flatbread. The restaurant itself had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and a cozy ambiance. The service was prompt and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this Ethiopian restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy delicious, authentic cuisine.Parking: limited space“
“This was a perfect stop after marching in the St Patricks Parade in St Paul. The food was delicious our server was excellent. The vibe was very chill and that is what we were looking for. We will definitely be back. Oh and the Irish Cheesecake was a treat with a twist.?☘️“
“Consistent quality and value at the St. Paul Hotel is guaranteed without the hoopla but more so by the incredible effort of the staff that is effortless. From my early arrival to in-room and venue dining to the daily interactions ~ I am always satisfied.“
“The seating was comfortable. The waitress was professional and attentive. I ordered a drink and a grilled Ham and Swiss sandwich. The drink was good and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this Eagles/American Legion establishment. I live 12 miles away, so if I go back it will be for the food!“
“For me neighborhood bars are the heartbeat of the community. A good place to get information on things to eat, see and do. The Spot has that feel. A smaller place with room for 6-10 at the bar and 4-6 booth/tables. The flavor in the air was a musty grandmas living room with a hint of an ashtray. A pinball machine, darts and machine fed pull tabs are available as well as paperback books and a big Bible. The bartender was the kind that uses a lot sarcasm to keep things in order and that’s not bad especially when you see the same people most of the time. A shot and a beer was 9$. If I was ever in the neighborhood again I’d check out another place for variety but would have no issue with going back. Enjoy!“
“This is a great classic style Italian restaurant. The kind of place that brings out bread ? before the meal in this keto friendly world. We really enjoyed our experience. I had the Eggplant ? Parmesan, and the wife had spaghetti ? and meatballs. She ended up with leftovers as the portions are generous. I did not. Highly recommend if you enjoy Italian food.“
“Upscale environment on the main level of new apartment buildings. Parking is inside or behind the apartments, with the center rows reserved for Oliver's. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came out quick. I didn't love the seasoning sprinkled on top but otherwise thought the pizza was good. Depending on your seats, you can watch your pizza being cooked. Service was great. Prices are in line with the atmosphere.“
“Relaxed, casual, friendly, just generally welcoming. Everything you could want from a place like the Cro.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the bar on the left is a ramp right into the place. However I didn't see any automatic door openers.“
“A cozy, wood and window bar and grill that is so welcoming, I am charging my power wheel chair in here welcomed to do it by a beautiful and happy waitress. Not a drinker, but bet I get food here in the near future! On corner across from Mears Park who failed my electric access w pad locks! lol. Life is an adventure and its businesses like this that make a crisis, not one. Makes it a warm visit instead. Home town Saint Paul is represented here. Thank you Bulldog!“
“THE BEST! Lamphai (maybe I'm spelling her name wrong) is the sweetest lady. She has run this restaurant on her own for 28 years and makes excellent food. She was so friendly and showed me all the herbs that she uses for her dishes. She piled my lunch buffet plate high with beef, chicken curry, pork, wontons, and rice, and checked in to make sure it wasn't too spicy and that I'd had enough rice. Stop by Taste of Thailand for great food and support this long running, woman-owned business!“
“It's a very open bar and they have some TV's to watch sports. They had a band playing the night I was there and it's nice that they have bands. There is room to dance if a band is playing. The food was good, comparable to most bar food. It's wheelchair accessible. They had a cover charge when the band played. Definitely a fun place!“
“Camp is an overall great bar! From their awesome and attentive servers (Britt, Josh, Nate, Frank, Tim and Brian) to their awesome selection of tap beer and mixed cocktails, darts, pool, trivia and live singing nights to their comedy cabaret next door, they have a little bit of everything (plus Heggies pizza)! The bar is very, VERY LGBTQIA+ friendly, the vibe is chill and it's a great place to hang.“
“This place is AMAZING!! We held a surprise party here for our daughters 24th Birthday yesterday. Everything went as planned the bartender Lisa was phenomenal, the event planner Taylor was great she kept us informed and was in contact with us up until the date of the party, the food was delicious, and the new owners have put a lot of work into revamping and making the Dugout a great bar/restaurant. Everyone from the party cannot wait to go back. Thank you again to everyone at the Dugout, you guys are the BEST!!“
“Neumanns is just awesome. Decent food overall, really great burgers and fries. Staff is friendly. You might go in there and see and see 3 - 80 year old ladies chatting together and some 20 somethings at the bar and a total mix of ages in between. Has the feel of a biker bar, but friendly and welcoming. A true hometown bar.“
“5 stars for sweeneys! Love this place. Even through the ownership change and new menu, we come back. Moved out of St. Paul a few months ago and we still try to come as often as possible. Only 4/5 stars for food now BECAUSE we want the birria back!!!! It was soooo good and soooo missed. Also the boneless wings back too! (You should update the online menu)“
“Al's Corral isn't scared to be what it is: a hole in the wall that everyone is glad they found. From the staff to the patrons, this place is good. Here is what I didn't expect: the amazing burgers. For having the world's smallest menu and kitchen, they found how to do something great, and they follow through. I will definitely be back.“
“Great group of folks here at the VFW. The accomodations here are extensive with a full service lounge upstairs and a large room downstairs for larger gatherings. Great for a wedding reception. There's an elevator that accesses every floor and is handicap accessible. My band plays here and we always are appreciated and have a good time.“
“Really a great local pub! With all the chain restaurants & bars, Tappers is like coming home. Hang out and swap stories with the locals, enjoy the wide selections of cold beers, both on tap and bottles and enjoy the best pizzas in town. A pub where the friendly staff really does know your name!“
