I really enjoyed my first visit to Half Time Rec. The cheese curds were good, as were the affordable drinks. They didn't seem to be doing table service, so we had to go to the bar to order. We were quite hungry and thirsty, so I'm glad that we didn't sit awkwardly at our table for too long. It was a little loud with background music and growing crowd noises, but I'm sure others were enjoying it. I'd be eager to go back to try the breakfast food, or some of the dinners, too.
Stopped in for a breakfast..and it was really good. The staff and the few regulars were all awesome. Drink specials and shots @ 8 am tells you all you need to know. Highly recommend.

Probably the best bar food in the twin cities! I go here often and the entire menu is loaded with great options. The dry rub wings, burgers, and smokehouse sandwiches are my go-to choices.
