We all have those nights. We rush to pick up the kids and get them to their activities. We work late or have one more thing to finish before we can finally slow down. It can feel like a compromise, until you find a meal everyone in the family enjoys. The time spent cooking gives everyone a chance to regroup, sit down together, and enjoy dinner.
