My experience tonight was excellent. Order arrived quickly, the driver was super courteous, and the pizza was fire. Stuffed crust was packed, and the toppings were loaded on. Can’t understand the bad reviews. The crew tonight (10/14/23) nailed it. I hope management takes care of them like they take care of their customers. Weekend night crew rocks as far as I’m concerned
I LOVE Papa John’s. Ever since the IGHs one closed it takes FOREVER to get the pizza. It is cold & not as good. I ordered it over the weekend & it arrived almost 10 minutes earlier that the pizza track was saying. It was SO delicious & warm ugh it was good! I like when they make a fresh dough crust on the spot & then cook it so it fluffs up correctly in the oven. When they get busy they make them ahead of time & let them sit a little bit so it throws off the process of the dough....read full review
