I've been ordering from store for delivery for a few weeks, I'm picky, don't like burnt food, love extra ricotta and mushrooms on lasagna, when I called the store tonight, Drew was terrific and then because he had a question as he wanted my lasagna to be perfect, that's awesome customer service.
Erin has been my delivery driver and she's also wonderful.
