Ordered pizza, bread sticks, and wings through the Sarpinos app. Was alerted food was being delivered by door dash. All the food had arrived cold. I'm not sure if door dash was making other deliveries during our delivery or not. But everything was cold. We live less than 5 minutes away from the store...Called the store and was advised to contact Door Dash. But the issue is, we didn't order through Door Dash. We ordered through the Sarpinos app. We wouldn't have any info to provide to Door Dash if we contact them. The manager I spoke to mentioned they use Door Dash to expedite the delivery.

I sent my friend in to try how amazing your pizza is, she had the same EXACT service I had when I walked in months ago. No acknowledgment that someone walked in even though door bell rang, took a very long time for someone to come up to the front and when they did, it was a ..."Ya? " Like Ya, what do you want? This place has delicious pizza but horrible people running the place with no customer service skills what so ever!

I waited for 10 mins for the guy to acknowledge me, and he saw me and ignored me. Never came to take my order, so I left. It was Sunday at 1p and not busy at all. This was my first time here and I would not recommend any restaurant like this that is unable to communicate a hello or even acknowledge a customer.

Unique variety of pizza, pasta,wings, and more. The desserts sounded delicious but I didn’t order any, however the food was top notch. It was almost closing time and not only did we get delivery but was also given a generous discount (late night special) and was very impressed at the quality. I highly recommend trying Sarpino’s if you are in St.Paul. Magnificent!

After placing a high dollar order for multiple pizza's I went to pick up my order. I had family from out of town visiting and was headed to their hotel.A simple request for some napkins and paper plates was flatly denied by the manager.Rather rudely he stated: We don't provide paper plates to customers, if they want those things they can buy it themselves. ...Sure okay ?I didn't argue, didn't get upset. I just left with my food....but do you want to know who does provide things like plates and napkins as a courtesy to their valued customers?Domino'sPizza hutPappa JohnsPappa Murphy's Take and bake...and too many more to name here. I think you get the picture.My point is simple. Take out these days isn't the low cost affair that it used to be. I had to make an extra stop on my way back to the hotel so we wouldn't have to eat like animals. Scrambling with another inconvenience as our food got cold.I prefer to do business where I'm treated as a valued customer and not insulted for a simple request that is standard practice for the rest of the pizza competition. If this pie shop wants to be cheap and cut corners, fine. I'll remember my negative experience in the future when we're deciding who to call. I suggest that you do the same.

This place used used to be generally fine, and they had nice specials. There must be new ownership or something, because it's gone way down hill. Quality isn't very good, there aren't any specials anymore, and they use doordash for delivery now, which is a huge mistake. I waited over three hours for my order and I live pretty close. The first Dasher just left the pizza at the wrong address even though I told them they were at the wrong place. The manager at least tried to make it right and sent out a pizza that actually arrived eventually, but it was cold and the crust was raw. I think I'm done ordering from here.

Terrible Experience on 12/25 of all days! I spent $80 on this Experince on Christmas Day! I asked nicely if I could get a pizza cutter to cut my pizza as requested because I don't have one at home, the manager refused and I think because I'm of color. this was my first and last time at this establishment! I want my money back but I paid cash!!!!! food and service were just terrible.
