The food and service were both excellent! The man that was working was kind and informative on how to eat it, and he was so helpful. The inside was beautiful and welcoming. I would rate this a 10/10. Will revisit.
We very much enjoyed dinner at Hilltop. It started off with a tasty soup of spicy broth with broccoli and carrots. Then, my wife had Zilzil Tibs (lamb) while I had the Hilltop Ethiopian Special (a sort of sampler). The dishes were served with a small salad, some rice, and some injera. Everything was very delicious with a variety of flavors.The staff was very attentive and the food was nicely presented as well as being delicious. This food was so good. I took one bite of the tibs yebig and my soul genuinely started ascending to the great heavens and beyond. My group and I walked into the restaurant and sat down, we happened the be the only people there. He took our order, made the food and taught us how to properly eat it. He was very kind to us. I will be returning. And you need to go now, don’t walk, sprint.
