Good coffee, great and friendly service, although, I can see it getting backed up when mildly busy. The atmosphere was bright and pleasant as well.

I only came here once, but this is quickly become one of my favorite coffee roasters!everything in the cafe was good, so I brought home a bag of beans to use it in my house. Since then, I will regularly order their coffee for delivery back home now, as they always have a changing selection and it is always delicious. Make sure you hit this whether you live in Minneapolis or you’re just visiting!

Silverbird Coffee & More is a fantastic spot with great coffee and delicious pastries. The espresso is outstanding, dark with cocoa and caramel notes, and the menu has a solid, workhorse vibe. The space is nice and larger with lots of tables, not loud, making it a great stop to do some work. Service is exceptional, efficient, and kind, with very knowledgeable and engaging staff. It is the ultimate spot for serious espresso drinkers and is well worth a visit.
