Great experience I was able to talk with everybody in the shop about bagels and things I'm trying to do musically which was nice. They were out of the bagels I wanted but they hooked me up with some other ones that were good which made me pretty happy. I like this environment with the whole firefighter vibe. I feel like I'm in a real place with real people eating real food.
Jake was our cashier today and he was so friendly! Seemed super knowledgeable about the menu and was very kind. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. It really makes a difference when people care enough to put forward that kind of good energy.
Maybe I'm getting old, but $10+ for two bagels with cream cheese seems crazy to me.
Look, this location is cool, it's in an old firehouse complete with two fire poles. Nice brickwork. It's neat. But the whole place is dim, under-furnished, just feels lackluster.
