This place is literally falling apart. Broken and missing tiles on the floor, everything looks dirty and the bathrooms are gross, used paper towels on the floor, no toilet paper or unused paper towels to be found. I love Brueggers but this location should be avoided.

Based on other reviews, it looks like our experience wasn't unique.Just because you hate DoorDash doesn't mean you can just ignore the orders. We sat there and waited for our DD pickup order 20 minutes after it said it was ready, watching numerous other customers come and go. This happens every time we come here.

Cool historic fire station turned into a restaurant. Food is great, service was a little slow.

the vast amount of hair I just picked off the bottom of my cinnamon sugar bagel is foul and sickening plus they got the order wrong RATING - throw the manger away and get an inspector in there

No indoor seating. All the tables have signs on them saying the dining area is closed.

Food is good, buttttttt don’t waste time ordering ahead. It’s faster to just go in. I sat and waited 20 min after I was supposed to be able to pick up. So total 45 min . I watched 3 people order and walk out before I got my food.

Good food and coffee ☕ parking isn't awesome. Workers and manager on the rude side and less then dedicated to a positive customer experience.

The employees were so lovely. The bagels too.

Drove 20 mins to get bagels, ordered some hash browns and when we got back there was none in our bag :( was a little disappointed.

I had not been to Bruegger's for several years although I was once a regular. Recently I have been buying my bagels at St Paul Bagelry located about 10 blocks south of Bruegger's on Nicollet and 54th; however today St Paul Bagelry was closed and I was out of bagels so I headed up to Bruegger's. I have to say I was disappointed in the bagels. They are softer and more chewy than I remember. More like a soft white bread dough nut. Definitely better than the bagels at Lund's & Byerlys but not in my opinion as good as St Paul Bagelry. They were apparently doing some remodeling as there was no place to sit and eat. There is parking which is more of an issue at St Paul Bagelry and the service was okay but I don't think I will return. Ps My wife who is the main consumer of bagels in our household said she would not eat any more bagels from Bruegger's after trying these so we definitely won't be back.

Order ahead at this place is borderline worthless. Save time and order at the counter.

Good bagels and coffee. This location used to have good seating to but today there was only a couple of tables. As an old fire station it is a cool building!

Definitely my favorite bagels in the TC. They make them just how I like them. They're nice and chewy outside and soft inside. I prefer my bagels to be more lightly done, when they're over cooked they seem to lose a little flavor. This location almost always has them just the way I like them. My favorites are the plain (they have great cream cheese to get cha some flavor), the everything and the cinnamon sugar. The staff are mostly friendly and are always working hard.
