Hyacinth is a truly incredible place. The food is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed but elegant, I've never had anything but an incredible time here.Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegeterian options throughout the menu.Dietary restrictions: Hyacinth is an alergy aware resturant and is willing to midify dishes to accomodate all dietary restrictions.Parking: There is no parking lot, and Hyacinth is located on a busy stretch of grand ave where street parking is hard...read full review

Hyacinth is a keeper. Creative food, well prepared, small but extremely well chosen wines. Portions were large, a bit too large in my view. Hyacinth is one of the few restaurants in the post Covid dining world that is daring to show us how innovative dining can be done.
