“Honestly I'm shocked reviews are so low. Some of the best airport food I've ever had! And many gluten free options!!! Which is nearly impossible as someone with celiac. Airports suck for celiacs, and dining hours need to adapt with travel schedules, but that's another story... This place has a halal certified food truck that serves shwarma, hummus, falafel, and more. The servings are slightly small but the quality is immensely good. Chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely. Hummus was good - much, much better than store ought. I'm serious. If you're in MSP, go eat here. You'll be glad you did. I got the chicken shwarma with hummus and my fiancee got the falafel. She got the pita, which they steam and place in a bag. We shared dolmas. All tasty!“

The food was good but the service was exceptional as Mr. Shaik Mustafa took time to explain the menu items for us for a nice dinner before departure. “Oh my god. Truly such a perfect meal. The food was so flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and not oily at all. I ate until I was absolutely stuffed but did not feel heavy at all (not to mention the portions are huge so I still had half my plate left). The food and ingredients tasted so fresh. They do not skimp out on giving you meat either. The owner is so sweet and funny. I truly cannot say enough good things. Definitely will be coming regularly to this place from now on.“

“I had already eaten most of it before I took a Pic but their stuff is super flavorful. And their fries are bomb too. My kid always gets a burger and fries. Their steak bowl is pictured and it is soooo good! Also very friendly people working there.“

“We tried to get on an earlier flight home because it seemed like there were seats available. Imagine how pissed we are after spending $500 on a flight and this kind of thing just isn’t possible without paying for another plane ticket. So we’re stuck in the airport for 5 hours after staying up until 3 in the morning, contemplating why flying is so expensive for being such an unpleasant and rigid experience. Anyways, we stumbled upon this “food truck” with really delicious falafel, salad, and samosas. Generous amount of food for price. Usually airport food is so mid and with cost that doesn’t match that quality and so this was really refreshing. Plus the counter service was excellent.“
