“Grand Location ❤️Best of Luck on your opening day! Picture this: you’re having an amazing treat with your daughter when you notice a stranger offering a warm, welcoming smile. Shortly after, the owner comes over and offers us a free pizza—which was pretty awesome in itself. But what really pulled on my heartstrings was listening to him describe the amount of thought and heart he puts into the food. He explained the exceptional process he uses to create gut-healthy bread, sauces made fresh daily, and other natural ingredients—without all the processing we’ve grown to hate. I told him it felt like the scene from Ratatouille where the mouse combines all the flavors and everything bursts into color. It really was that good. You can taste the quality in every bite. But more than the pizza, I could tell the owner himself is exceptional. He is clearly passionate about what he does, about contributing to his community, and about giving opportunities to people who might not get them elsewhere. I commend you, sir. Thank you. — Ebony“

“This was the perfect dinner after our 9 hour drive from Illinois. Had a Jeni, I got your # and a build your own. The tiny humans approve! The whole family gives them eight thumbs up! The crust has a perfect blend of chewy yet crisp, but not overly charred. Just the right amount of sauce. Not skimping on the fresh ingredients. The place was jumping/standing room only, so I was prepared to wait- but ended up being a really quick pick up to go! Great service from Dre!“

“Amazing food. Great people seeving it. Normally the premise is you order at the counter, and they call your name when your food is ready. But, to my delight, this last time I was there; the man who took our order brought our pizzas out to us. Haha, I think he, and I clicked... You don't have to tip, but they give you the option on their machine when you're paying with a card. He even told me that I was under no obligation, but you know what? It seems that just a few dollars can really brighten someone's day and say that you care about the person behind the counter who's serving you. Now, that's not a guarantee that that's going to happen, but, if there is even the slightest chance, wouldn't you say it's worth it? I would. Life is about more than just survival, at least for those of us eating at Davanni's. Make every interaction meaningful if you have the slightest urge... But, also, don't force it. Don't pour from a vessel that isn't full. Reconnect and realign with your eternal, internal source, first, before you look outwards. Otherwise, you will look upon an empty, meaningless world, for you are seeing it without the source of its meaning, and that is not seeing at all. God bless you always. “I hadn't been to Papa John's Pizza a couple of years, but after seeing a commercial for their new pan pizza, I wanted to try it. I downloaded the Papa John's app to my phone and used the app to select my pizza. The process was quick and easy and I chose a Works pizza, which is similar to what we used to call a supreme pizza. The pan pizza could only be ordered in medium size, not in large size. The size limit made sense to ensure that the thicker crust would cook completely, and I've had pan pizzas in the past where the crust was still dough in the center which isn't edible.
I scheduled a pickup time that was 90 minutes later and when I arrived to pick it up, the pizza was hot and ready to go. The pizza tasted delicious, with an abundance of toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. The best pizza I've had from Papa John's and one of the best pan pizzas I've ever had. I can't say that this store or this pizza selection is always prepared as well, but based on my first time trying it, I won't hesitate to buy another or recommend it. This was a time where the TV commercial made the pizza look delicious and the reality I experienced was much the same. It was an excellent pizza and I look forward to having another soon. There are a number of other items on the Papa John's menu that also look very good, so perhaps I'll add something on the side with my next order. If your pizza is prepared as well as mine was, I don't think you'll be disappointed, actually quite the opposite. I recommend you give the Papa John's pan pizza a try, and I also want to compliment the takeout location near the NW corner of the intersection of Larpenteur Avenue and Lexington Avenue in St Paul for the great preparation.“
