“Ordered a classic Rachel and side salad. Sandwich filling was plentiful and came with side of 1000 island fir dipping but was a little on the dry side. Side salad was standard not outstanding but fresh. Spent a minute with table mates guessing the purple ingredient which was onion not a beet.“

“Marcos Pizza saved the day today! I had 30 people at my home for end of the year soccer party. The original restaurant I ordered pizzas from did not deliver within 1 hour delay I called Marcos and they had 10 beautiful delicious pizzas delivered to my home in 25 minutes they literally saved my party! “Sometimes it’s the food, and sometimes it’s the people behind it.

We had a really rough evening. The restaurant where we originally had reservations was running over an hour behind, and after waiting forever for dinner, we decided to take a chance and stop by Rosalia.

When we told the staff what had happened, we simply said we were grateful to get a table. What happened next completely turned our night around.

The manager, Will, and his team welcomed us warmly, brought over drinks on the house, and even treated us to an appetizer. From that point on, everything was exceptional. We ordered the Margherita pizza to play it safe and the Salsiccia to balance it out, and both were absolutely perfect.

To top it all off, our server brought us a sample of Little Bird ice cream because we had never tried it before.

Service like this is rare. It’s one thing to provide great hospitality when everything is going smoothly, but it’s another to step in and make someone’s evening better when the problem wasn’t yours to begin with. That kindness and care will stick with us, and it’s exactly why we’ll be coming back.

They showed up on time, had pizzas out quickly and they were some of the best wood fire pizzas i’ve ever had! i cannot say enough good things about this business. They also have great communication!! if you are thinking about catering a wedding with wood fire pizza - PLEASE use this place - you will not be disappointed!!“

Shortly after, the owner comes over and offers us a free pizza—which was pretty awesome in itself. But what really pulled on my heartstrings was listening to him describe the amount of thought and heart he puts into the food. He explained the exceptional process he uses to create gut-healthy bread, sauces made fresh daily, and other natural ingredients—without all the processing we’ve grown to hate. I told him it felt like the scene from Ratatouille where the mouse combines all the flavors and everything bursts into color. It really was that good. You can taste the quality in every bite. But more than the pizza, I could tell the owner himself is exceptional. “We stopped here before the Twins game and ended up getting 2 for 1 small pizzas for happy hour the bartender let us know about, score. The sausage and onion thin crust was a hit with plenty of cheese and a slight spice on the red sauce. I am coming back to try more of the food and will definitely be checking out the arcade which has a nice setup and variety of games.“

“We went to Cossetta's in St. Paul, one of our favorites. You walk up to a good line and decide between fresh made salads, sandwiches or incredible Italian entrees and pizza slices. There is extra seating upstairs. Don't miss the dessert shop with delicious Gelato, cannolis, cookies and more. There is also a deli onsite.“

“@punchpizza is one of my go to comfort foods. For the good times and the tough times, grabbing a pizza from Punch always does the trick.

Obviously folks know about this place but I still want to highlight them because longtime fan. Fun fact, each location has hidden cat figurines in their restaurants. Generally in the ceilings. My stop tonight was at my local St. Paul location. They have a whopping 12 locations in MN all listed in one of the last photos.

“Very no frills layout to the restaurant which I love because the focus stays on the incredible food. We tried several of the small plates and also an entree each. The service was fantastic, our server explained everything to us in detail and with enthusiasm which added to the excitement of the experience. The drinks were not only delicious but also very balanced. I would say that's a theme of the restaurant, great balance. I felt like the flavors for everything we had, from the charred shishito peppers with bonito flakes to the dungenous crab fettuccine, was very evenly balanced and everything complimented the other flavors well. This is definitely in the top 3 restaurants I've tried in Minneapolis so far. Highly recommended.“

“HEADS UP VEGETARIANS!!! If you order a plain cheese pizza with wild rice on it, or a "hog in the bog with no sausage", the wild rice still has sausage mixed in. I have no idea why. It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“

It’s incredibly delicious, we’ve been back 3 times, and were delighted to find they now offer an even bigger size, which means we can bring leftovers home and eat pizza for breakfast (the best). They also have really yummy and inventive seasonal appetizers, including the best take on a Caprese salad we’ve ever tried. You can tell they care a lot about sourcing high quality ingredients and local produce. The service is warm and attentive, we’ve had the same person each time and she is awesome. He was incredibly kind, patient and attentive all with a big smile with each visit to our table. The coconut curry hummus is not to be missed; it’s served with house made pita that’s delivered pipping hot and literally melts in your mouth. The shrimp entree was light and delicious as was the sweet potato side dish served with whipped feta++. The flavors of the food are abnormal but work very well together - a very intentional and thoughtful menu. The host was very nice and gave me a great table and the atmosphere was cozy on a winter night. I ordered the Insalata and Pepperoni pizza and a nice glass of wine. It was all excellent, but far too much food for just me (I was by myself). I took the leftovers home, but the salad did not save well (I threw it away) ~ so my recommendation would be... if you are alone and want salad and pizza, order it ~ but mainly eat the salad knowing you won't take it home, and some of the pizza knowing you will take it home (it reheated fine, but was best at the restaurant) or get one or the other. I would definitely come back, it was a notch above.“
