Shortly after, the owner comes over and offers us a free pizza—which was pretty awesome in itself. But what really pulled on my heartstrings was listening to him describe the amount of thought and heart he puts into the food. He explained the exceptional process he uses to create gut-healthy bread, sauces made fresh daily, and other natural ingredients—without all the processing we’ve grown to hate. I told him it felt like the scene from Ratatouille where the mouse combines all the flavors and everything bursts into color. It really was that good. You can taste the quality in every bite. But more than the pizza, I could tell the owner himself is exceptional. “Sourdough Detroit style pizza? Umm yes please! It’s incredibly delicious, we’ve been back 3 times, and were delighted to find they now offer an even bigger size, which means we can bring leftovers home and eat pizza for breakfast (the best). They also have really yummy and inventive seasonal appetizers, including the best take on a Caprese salad we’ve ever tried. You can tell they care a lot about sourcing high quality ingredients and local produce. The service is warm and attentive, we’ve had the same person each time and she is awesome. They’ve got something special going on here - hopefully more people can discover them and give it a try!“

“This was the perfect dinner after our 9 hour drive from Illinois. Had a Jeni, I got your # and a build your own. The tiny humans approve! The whole family gives them eight thumbs up! The crust has a perfect blend of chewy yet crisp, but not overly charred. Just the right amount of sauce. Not skimping on the fresh ingredients. “The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. We ordered the stuffed crust cowboy pizza and garlic monkey bread. I followed the directions for baking the pizza and and set a timer for 20 minutes so I could put the garlic monkey bread in to bake for the last half of the recommended time for the pizza. Well when I went to do that the pizza was done after 20 minutes and not the 32 - 40 minutes as on the directions. So beware of this so you don’t over bake your stuff crust pizza. The garlic monkey bread is pretty good but plan on have extra dipping sauce at home because the little container that they give you is not enough for a family. I forgot to mention the stuff crust pizza was good but, there wasn’t much cheese in the crust and no it did not leak out.“

“The new Red's Savoy Roseville location in the Lund's/Byerly's strip mall is out of this world. As good, if not better the original Savoy on 7th st. Excellent customer service, and a beautiful clean new location.“

“Yummy pizza with good service. Very simple setting which is typical of this chain. My ONLY suggestion is that the dough often feels really overworked after it's been baked. Too tough and without much lightness or rise to it. With breads/ dough, when overworked the gluten I think gets too short, which makes it tough. Also our Cowboy pizza last time was missing the shaken seasoning, so it was a bit bland without it.“

“Marcos Pizza saved the day today! I had 30 people at my home for end of the year soccer party. The original restaurant I ordered pizzas from did not deliver within 1 hour delay I called Marcos and they had 10 beautiful delicious pizzas delivered to my home in 25 minutes they literally saved my party! I am forever grateful to Marcos they gave me special pricing also. They understood my desperation and we're very willing to work with me. It was a great day!“
