About Sammy's Pizza & Restaurant

Sammy's Pizza & Restaurant is a popular family-owned spot known for its Italian cuisine and friendly atmosphere. The pizza is praised as the best, made with fresh toppings and flavorful red sauce. Customers enjoy the good selection of beer and wine, along with friendly service and reasonable prices. The buffet, available from 11am to 2pm on Monday nights, offers fresh salads, hot, tasty pizza, and other options like chicken wings, which are often served quickly and kept well-stocked. The salad bar is fresh and delicious, and the buffet features items like beer cheese soup and even custom pizzas requested by customers, such as a pickle pizza. The place is clean, welcoming, and accessible for wheelchair users, providing a comfortable environment for families and friends to enjoy good food and conversation. Recent feedback noted that chicken wings can be dry if sitting too long and sometimes have rubbery BBQ sauce, but overall, the atmosphere remains friendly. Guests also appreciate the friendly staff and the warm cookie offered at the end of their meal. Although there is only one location within 30 minutes, many find it well worth the drive, especially those from nearby areas who have loved Sammy's for years.
