Update: Customer service reached out to me which was nice. Updated the review to 4 stars since they heard me out.I'm sharing this review in hopes the manager or owner of this location can help with the issue. I would be willing to change the review later. The last two times I've ordered here my pizzas have had issues, and it's from the same employee. Tonight it is 1-6 at 5:30 pm, a high school guy it looks like. This is our go-to pizza place to bring home and bake. Especially love the Cowboy pizza and have switched over to the thin crust. We usually call ahead. Then it's easy pick up. We go here 2-4 times a month.

3/14, evening, near closing time. Due to a screw up on my end, the store never received our order. Went in to pick it up, and even though he was pretty much shutting down, the manager dude still offered to make our large order (which I declined as I am also in customer service and know how that is). Top notch service. Think his name was Alex.
