If I came in to your restaurant you would never make me wait 90 minutes to get my food. If I ordered take away, you’d never tell me it’d be ready in an hour. Tonight you told me the food would be delivered in an hour when I placed the order. When I called an hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order, my food was just coming out of the oven.
