The other day I had an issue with my DoorDash delivery of my food. Long story short….Alex the Manager at the Roseville LaCasita, went above and beyond!! And I do mean above and beyond!! He was personable, happy, genuinely wanted to help and he did resolve the issue; with a great attitude!! This is my boyfriend’s and I first time here and it was amazing. Benjamin was very attentive and kind! Would 100% recommend! We got the nachos and street tacos and both were delicious!
A friend and myself unknowingly came during Happy Hour, it was the perfect time y'all! It wasnt packed when we arrived however by the time the food came, it was filling up quickly. After the happy hour specials and food, I can see why! Ambiance 4/5 Nice open space with plenty of seating, a fountain with common bar, big screens, booths and tables. The place is very spacious.
