This bar has record for continuous service. They never closed even during dry time,s. Hamms Beer was delivered by a horse drawn carriage.( This part of my review is for Newman's Bar in North St Paul. )
I always sit at the bar. Most bartenders give pretty great service. Double up for a buck is great, and the pizza is amazing. It's always got a sports bar vibe or music... but I go there for the food and drinks.

Drink price is high and the double up for a buck makes them even higher. Always double up with a drink chip. There are just normal not double
