Portion horrible and workers very rude gave me a rude look while taking my order
I cannot remember the last time I did an online order from this location and it wasn't completely wrong. Tonight we had chips missing and an order that needed to be in corn tortilla shells due to a gluten allergy was put into flour tortillas. So he was not able to eat his food. We were not able to go back to the store to correct this and will not be given a refund even though the order was wrong to a point where it couldn't even be eaten but the customer. Absolutely ridiculous experience tonight. I understand it’s BOGO night and that it’s going to be busy, but that is NOT an excuse to be completely unprepared.
