“Made a run for my son. He likes their burrito bowls. I gave them a lower score on atmosphere because they always have dirty tables. We used to own a DQ, so I know keeping the tables clean can be a challenge, but they need to try to improve on it“

The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. If you haven't tried Panchos yet, stop what you are doing and go! Go for Breackfast, lunch or dinner! You will not be disappointed.“

“We had an amazing dinner experience at Centro last night. Our group of 3 were greeted and sat at our table right away. Our server Sarah J. was very attentative. “I went twice during the insane "ICE" terror. First, to support a business then second because the food was excellent. The owner and workers there were so nice and pleasant despite the horror they were living through. I so much hate these gestapo raids on our immigrant communities. The Trump administration and all ice "employees" should be so ashamed of these tactics. They have hurt a lot of families and working people. I wish I had more disposal income to support this restaurant and many others. I definitely will be going back.“

“I wish it was a star point system to review. I usually love britos burrito. The location on Nicollet is really convenient for me. I would probably give it three stars. I always ask for one scoop of rice and they always give me extra. I ask for a little bit of corn and they put a heaping scoop on the one thing that really frustrates me is that when I ask for extra cheese, they put a pinch on and if I ask for more, they get angry and tell me that I’m going to have to pay for it. The service leaves a lot to be desired, but the pricing is good, which is why it is three stars and not five.“

“Love this place! I always have a shredded beef dish of some sort. I know it's homemade as a couple of times I have found a bay leaf inside my burrito or taco. Good thing I always add a bit of salsa to my stuff and check. I love sitting at the bar and trying the 3 different salsas that are available as a help yourself buffet style along with delicious chips. Love the margaritas but now I am spoiled, I tried one with Milagro silver tequila on the rocks. It is excellent! The Columbia Heights locale is my favorite, and I have tried each of the others! I have yet to try the patio in the summertime, so I can't tell you about it. The stained glass windows are amazing! Busy bustling place! I love it! And the staff is excellent! If I want to change an option on the menu, the staff is very accommodating. I would give this place 5 stars! I always take family and friends to La Casita Mexican Restaurant - Columbia Heights, MN when they come to visit!“

“10/10 I have to return. The food was very flavorful and not something I’ve had before from other taco spots. The queso was like liquid gold and you get a lot. I also enjoyed the colorful tortilla chips which tasted light and not oily. The chicken was tender with a good marinade. The salsas were really good as well.The service was excellent, I was able to order through the self-service ordering screen and take my time to decide. The staff still asked me if I needed any help. The woman working there had very welcoming service and made our experience. I have recommended this place to a few people immediately after trying it and would recommend to everyone who wants super yummy tacos.“

“Omg, I am so happy I found this place while looking for the best burritos in town. I got the burrito carne asada- which was SO GOOD. Not over done, meat was perfect and loved the avocado inside it. The tortilla was so fresh and delicious as well. Perfectly served with green salsa. The esquite was freaking amazing. Can’t wait to come back for one of the amazing looking dogo hot dogs.

I ordered three surtido/maciza pork tacos with onions, cilantro, and radish. They asked if I wanted a little extra pork fat on top, and the answer is yes—definitely do it! I also grabbed both the mild and hot salsas.

The tacos came out incredibly fast and were generously loaded with perfectly cooked pork. The first bite was rich, juicy, and packed with flavor. A squeeze of fresh lime and a spoonful of salsa balanced the richness beautifully and brought everything together.

This place was amazing!
I went to the Roseville location. Ordering was easy, my food arrived quickly and it was hot and fresh. I tried three different tacos - carne asada, birilla and chicken. All were loaded with meat, spicy, and not dry at all. Perfect tacos!
Fair prices and free salsa bar makes Taco Libre an easy choice for lunch or dinner.
I definitely recommend the Roseville location, and I absolutely be back again.“
