I have to admit I love setting up "quests" for myself. Best apple pie. Best gin. My newest quest is looking for the best birria tacos in the Twin Cities. Great patio, delicious food, super helpful staff when I forgot my phone. Takeout is easy, travels well, and makes for a happy party. Compostable containers are clearly labeled.
