“So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It was so worth it, I thought I had ordered something other than what I got, (I did order what I got) but they offered to get me what I wanted to order, I'm so glad I said no I will eat this, (the Carnita Torta) it was amazing and so filling. I can not wait to try something else. Let me mention as well it was within an hour of closing and we were welcomed in as if they just opened. (That is so impressive these days.) Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. If you haven't tried Panchos yet, stop what you are doing and go! Go for Breackfast, lunch or dinner! You will not be disappointed.“

“10/10 I have to return. The food was very flavorful and not something I’ve had before from other taco spots. The queso was like liquid gold and you get a lot. I also enjoyed the colorful tortilla chips which tasted light and not oily. The chicken was tender with a good marinade. The salsas were really good as well.The service was excellent, I was able to order through the self-service ordering screen and take my time to decide. The staff still asked me if I needed any help. The woman working there had very welcoming service and made our experience. I have recommended this place to a few people immediately after trying it and would recommend to everyone who wants super yummy tacos.“

“I wish it was a star point system to review. I usually love britos burrito. The location on Nicollet is really convenient for me. I would probably give it three stars. I always ask for one scoop of rice and they always give me extra. I ask for a little bit of corn and they put a heaping scoop on the one thing that really frustrates me is that when I ask for extra cheese, they put a pinch on and if I ask for more, they get angry and tell me that I’m going to have to pay for it. The service leaves a lot to be desired, but the pricing is good, which is why it is three stars and not five.“

“We had an amazing dinner experience at Centro last night. Our group of 3 were greeted and sat at our table right away. Our server Sarah J. was very attentative. Love the margaritas but now I am spoiled, I tried one with Milagro silver tequila on the rocks. It is excellent! The Columbia Heights locale is my favorite, and I have tried each of the others! I have yet to try the patio in the summertime, so I can't tell you about it. The stained glass windows are amazing! Busy bustling place! I love it! And the staff is excellent! If I want to change an option on the menu, the staff is very accommodating. I would give this place 5 stars! I always take family and friends to La Casita Mexican Restaurant - Columbia Heights, MN when they come to visit!“

“I truly think this is the best Mexican food in Anoka County! Both locations! Ham Lake location is inside of the BP gas station right off of Constance and 65, you can eat inside or get takeout. They have their own app which makes online ordering a breeze! I feel like this is the best hidden food gem around, I’m assuming people either don’t realize it’s there or are turned off because it’s located inside of a BP. But it’s actually an adorable set up inside the BP and not weird at all :) I give this place 5/5 stars! 🌯🌮💕“

“I live about an hour away and the drive is well worth it. The Carne asada burrito bowl is the bomb 💣 The hot sauce is hot like it should be. Mr.Taco is by far the best Mexican food I've had in this state.“

“I tried Que Taco for the first time..the location in New Hope off of Bass Lake Road. The handmade tortillas are excellent and the Pozole as one of the best I have had...very authentic. It was so good we went back the next day to try the chilaquiles and machete. All very good!“

“I’ll start by saying this Chipotle location has only been open for a couple of weeks, and you could definitely tell there were still some people training and learning the ropes. That being said, I thought they did an excellent job.

The process was smooth and quick, and everyone seemed to be working together really well, especially considering they’re a brand-new staff.

And let’s talk about the burritos. 😂 They were FULL. Like, how on earth are you going to fold that thing? full. Honestly, I think properly folding an overstuffed Chipotle burrito is a feat in itself, and these guys somehow pulled it off. If my burrito is difficult to close because you gave me too much food, I consider that a pretty good problem to have.

We decided to sit outside because when Minnesota hands you one of the last beautiful days of the year, you take it. The only real negative was that all of the outdoor tables were dirty. There were also a couple of dirty tables inside. Normally I would knock a place a little more for that, but I’m giving them some grace here. They’re brand new, people are training, and they were busy trying to keep everything moving.

Plus, I have a hard time putting all of that on the restaurant. Somewhere along the way, some people apparently forgot the very complicated concept of picking up after themselves. 🤦‍♀️ A restaurant can clean tables, but customers can also manage to get their own garbage into a garbage can. We can all dream.

Overall, I had a really good first experience at the new Chipotle on Lake Drive. The staff was friendly, the line moved quickly, the portions were generous, and considering how new the location is, I thought they were doing a great job.
