“Post covid fast food has been trash no matter where you go. I swore off all fast food about two years ago for the most part , a McDs tripple extra pickle occasionally . .But on this day, a rainy cold fall afternoon, I went there out of desperation. I ate 4 dorito locos tacos, and 2 crunchwrap supremes and they were bomb! I must have got lucky that day and the crew was on point all the freshest ingredients possibly be no soggy/stale or broken shells no forgotten ingredients, perfect! Good 1 to end on till another year from now.“

“I was a little nervous of how bad this place could be with the reviews . I've been twice and it's not bad at all. Why would you order something like Chipotle online ? Or go through a drive through ? Watch the people make your stuff and avoid problems.

The food was cooked well, portions are small unless you ask for extra like it's been ever since they first came to MN at any location. You should ask to drain the beans to avoid pure bean juice taste. The store was kind of messy but I get the food to go.“

“So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It was so worth it, I thought I had ordered something other than what I got, (I did order what I got) but they offered to get me what I wanted to order, I'm so glad I said no I will eat this, (the Carnita Torta) it was amazing and so filling. I can not wait to try something else. Let me mention as well it was within an hour of closing and we were welcomed in as if they just opened. (That is so impressive these days.) The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. If you haven't tried Panchos yet, stop what you are doing and go! Go for Breackfast, lunch or dinner! You will not be disappointed.“

“Ever since I tried my first burrito at their food truck years ago, best burrito I have ever had. Hands down my favorite go to place for lunch. Owner is a great man. I needed a screwdriver to alter my idling screw on my classic truck and he was more than happy to assist. Carne asada burrito is tops.“

“We've ordered here a few times, and the food has been superb. The service is friendly, and best of all, they accept card payment!
We ordered taco platters, where you get 3 tacos, plus a side of refried beans and rice. The beans and rice are flavorful and delicious. The tacos we went with were the pollo (chicken), carnitas (pork), and carne asada (steak). They came on corn tortillas (as they should) topped with onions and cilantro. The tortillas were soft and scrumptious, and the ingredients were cooked perfectly.
We also ordered a side of the chicken nachos which was a HUGE portion. The tortilla chips were a little soft, but what the chip consistency lacked the toppings made up for. The chicken was well-seasoned for a perfect flavor combo with the jalapeños, cheese, pico, and crema toppings. We will be back!
Tip: Don't sleep on the taco sauce they provide. The avocado and habanero salsas were soooo good.
4 stars for atmosphere because its a food truck and not an actual sit-down restaurant. It's not a knock on the business, but with only 1 picnic table to sit at, it leaves a little to be desired when you want to eat, right then, right there.“

“Wow...what an IMPRESSIVE dining experience! It's been a long time since we have enjoyed a night out so much. Food 'Molcajete Mexicano' was packed full of flavor and Jorge (bar tender) who waited on us was EXCEPTIONALLY kind; made us feel more like family vs patrons. And the margarita 'Texas Jumbo' was super delish! All of the staff we encountered were incredibly gracious and prompt to respond to any request. We will be back! Bravo El Loro!“
