“Tried this for the first time in June while shopping in the area and have been back at least 4 times since - it’s SO AMAZING! Love the quesabirria tacos with the consommé. Very fresh toppings/meat - everything tastes homemade with love. The aguas frescas are to die for, very refreshing and good flavors to choose from (wish they had horchata de fresa more often - that one is my FAVORITE). They have outdoor seating too in the Lowe’s parking lot and they give you a pager so you can wait for your food in your car too if you’d like. Heard this is their second year being here and hope they remain a staple in the community for many more years to come (or even hopefully open a restaurant their food is legit the most authentic I have found in the area). ¡Gracias a todos de El Guero!“

“Got asada n pastor tacos as well as hot dog, y not. Tacos loaded with good amount of meat but steak bit dry. Pastor def wins. Got spiciest sauce (orange habanero?) But wish was spicier, kinda tame. Hot dog (prob pork/chicken) was sad, pass next time. Would def order tacos again.“

And the food is a little less than average.
I went today and got some super potato Oles. Hold the refried beans and guacamole. I’ve ordered that before and only one gotten what I ordered. And some the potato Oles were rubbery tough.
So I am here reviewing because I don’t know who was cooking today, but they are the best cook you have. They should get a raise. The potato lays were neatly stacked artistically.
Down The middle was the meat and cheese. they got it right no refried beans and then there was the tomatoes and then drizzled neatly across everything was the sour cream.
And all the potato olays were fresh and light and crunchy. I couldn’t have asked for a better presentation.
It took a while for it to come out, but it was done so beautifully and tastefully. I should’ve taken a picture it was that good“
