About Giliberto's Mexican Taco

Giliberto's Mexican Taco offers big portions and great prices, making it a popular choice for those seeking excellent Mexican food. A standout dish is the barbacoa quesadilla, while the marinated chicken tacos are noted for their great flavor, though they can be quite watery, causing the shells to fall apart. The restaurant features a kids menu, ensuring that even the little ones can enjoy meals without worrying about spice levels, as the spice is already toned down for the local clientele.

While the interior may be basic, the friendly and attentive staff contribute to a positive experience. Customers appreciate the outdoor picnic tables on nice days, which create a lovely atmosphere. Many recommend trying the street corn and suggest taking a moment to enjoy the salsa bar, which offers flavorful salsas and pickled vegetables. Additionally, for those who love breakfast burritos, the Blaine breakfast burrito is highly recommended for its generous meat portions. It is worth noting that the restaurant has a drive-thru for added convenience. However, some customers have expressed concerns about accessibility, as seen in a recent incident where an older gentleman had to wait while the floor was being mopped, posing a potential hazard.
