Food is always great at this location. Manager was having a meeting in dining room so no one to take orders, had to order on kiosk. Kitchen was really busy, had to ask for help from meeting.

Drive by and pick a different Taco Bell. as of 10/01/23 the staff here could care less about quality of food. The last two times everything was just thrown together and very sloppy. They forget simple thing like cheese on reg tacos. Some burritos have more sauce on the outside then the inside. Omg, a Taco Bell in Andover. I've lived here forever and thought...why the heck do we need a fast food place on 7th Ave? But, I was up at the Rum River with my dog and wanted a quick snack. Didn't want McDonald's nor make the drive down to Wendy's. Great location. I had a chicken chalupa with hot sauce. It was fresh and actually quite good. Plenty of help and courteous as well. Will definitely go there again.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space.
