To be strait forward Service sucks you can pull up anytime of day with no vehicles in the drive thru area and you will be greeted with a welcome please wait automatic recording and wait 3-5 minutes before someone takes your order. I thought maybe it was just a one off situation but after maybe two dozen visits I realize that’s just the case with this location, Why? Don’t know , hopefully at some point management will fix their training methods and ensure employees make the customer experience a priority.

I prefer this Taco Bell over any other location, the night shift crew always has the freshest and best prepared cheese quesadillas.
Pretty disappointed. I've ordered here 4 times and every time I'm missing food. I just got home with my order and like a 3rd of my food is missing. Also the food quality is not as good as usual. This location definitely needs some work.
Typical Mexican fast food, ok if that is all that is available. Mgr was helpful and gratis some items we didn't think of.

Hey I love Taco Bell, but this location has had a few rough go’s. I ordered a hard shell taco tonight (amongst other things) which should be easy to make and there was minimal cheese, no meat and lettuce. That’s it.. Its hard to consider Taco Bell above other options when this is the service provided. I know nobody reads these but I’m hoping the manager or franchise owner would see this for the sake of the business.

Out if the last 5 times I have been to this specific location my order has been wrong 4 times, including missing items, items made wrong, and giving items I didn't order instead of the ones I did order. I left feedback in the app and requested that they contact me, it has been over a month and I haven't heard from them or received my money back for the orders made wrong. Avoid this location at all costs.
