“My friend took me here for my Birthday and it was a great value and fun atmosphere with friendly staff.
More of an intimate space as the food was good but seating is for smaller groups. FYI The space is not for large groups. I would call ahead if I had a big group to ensure there was proper seating.”

“I love going there and seeing the lovely owner and all of the different teas they have there”

“Love Pappy's, but our waitress on the bar side must hate her life. Most unfriendly bartender EVER. She had blonde stringy hair. Probably mid forties. Didn't say a word to us, not a smile-nothing. We even tried to engage her in conversation.”

“The pizza is decent. I gave 5 stars because of the employees. They're always courteous and helpful. They give the best deal they can. Always a easy smooth process. I've been ordering from here for 10 years. I have zero complaints.”

“I absolutely love this place. The employees are super nice and friendly and make every visit super enjoyable. Yes, to some people it’s pricey but you also have to understand that they’re big shakes and the supplies to make them cost money too. Also, special shout-out to Maddie O because she’s amazing.”

“Catered a 75th Birthday through the Andover location. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. The service was excellent (Thank You, Luis) and the room rental was both well put together and affordable. What a great place to gather with food you KNOW will be excellent and the service as if you were part of the family. 5 Stars Acapulco, Andover!”

“Its still the same subway food. But i believe that atmosphere and customer service makes a place great, and the managers i spoke to obviously instill that in their workers. 10/10 would go back”
