The seasoning on the stir fry was so tasty. We had the sweetest waitress, her name was Penny. She did a great job taking care of us. “Decided to pick up some cupcakes for the wife. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a full display of multiple cupcakes with a variety of different flavor flavors. The store is very well decorated. The service was very good, including the friendliness. The only complaint I would have is these cupcakes are very expensive however, you get what you pay for. The cupcakes are close to five dollars each.“

“Hajime is our go-to restaurant in Blaine. We almost always go during happy hour with our kids (age 11). We order solely sushi from the happy hour menu for 4 people along with the Spicy Kani Salad and we usually spend about $100-$125 which generally includes a round or two of happy hour drinks. The service is always great, they usually know exactly what we want when we get there! Recommend for sushi or their hibachi menu - their fried rice and yum yum sauce is delicious!“

“One of the true hidden gems of the Twin Cities metro, an absolutely fantastic nerd and even kid-friendly space (foosball, arcade machines, darts are all favorites). There are few better places to meet up and play a game - personally, not being a sports person, I love the lack of TVs, nothing to sap your attention or make you feel captive to random commercials. I go there regularly to play TTRPGs. Great beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic seltzers, you can BYOF (Mashawi grill up the road is delicious). The beers aren't the usual 6 IPAs and 5 sours, there's a nice mix of British and German styles (including wheat beers, which are weirdly hard to find).

There are absolutely a million play spaces in different nooks and crannies in the building, you can always find a quiet place to play even if there's music, etc. The owner hosts tons of events, nerdy and otherwise. I only wish I could drink more beer and go more often.“

“Food was good but the staff must not understand English or something. Ordered food and when it was brought out the staff did not clearly explain which order was what. When we asked they looked at us like we were stupid. We tried to tell them something was wrong and they told us they were just going to charge us extra to make up for their error. Found that very suspect. Also the turkey sausage is not turkey sausage it is actually cut up pieces of a real turkey 🤣“
