“Pretty good food! Most items on the menu were the same standard selections you see at every Mexican restaurant. I asked for suggestions and they recommended the burrito or chicken torta. I went for the torta and wasn't disappointed. Tasty and fairly filling. Service was quick and staff was friendly. The building is an interesting layout. The bathrooms are down the hall in the basement and there is an attached grocery store with a very limited selection of items. Like just the essentials and some candy. Prices are reasonable too.“

“Visited 4/15/24. Back at BLG. As always, give yourself time (and money) for parking. I like the ramp across the street vs trying to find street parking. We got a reservation in advance which was good because this place was popping on a Monday night! To start, we split the garlic and EVOO and then the charred red onion with goat cheese bruschettas. My sister and I were partial to the goat cheese one but both were solid. I got the gnocchi with cauliflower and orange (my fave), my sister got the red wine with pine nut spaghetti, and my mom got the mushroom and taleggio agnolotti. I've had the gnocchi before and it was just as good this time. The sleeper hit of the night was as the red wine with pine nut spaghetti-honestly a good price for the portion size and the overall flavor. The agnolotti was rich but delicious. Honestly everything that I've had at BLG has been on the richer side but that's low key how I prefer my Italian food. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Old school Italian meets modern in a trendier place that still feels homestyle like my Italian grandma's kitchen.“

However, with the positive reviews accumulating over the years, I decided to give it another try. I'm pleased to say that this time around, I was very satisfied. The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the wait staff was attentive. Although the dining room was loud during our visit at a peak time, I won't let that deter me from returning. I'll simply choose a different time for my next visit.“

“4/17/24: The three of us enjoyed a lovely dinner but more than the food was our wonderful server. I WISH I would have asked for her name!! She was simply outstanding. She helped my wife decide on some “gluten free” options, and she was spot on with her suggestions! We shared a bottle of the Raymond Chardonnay, the Ahi Crisps on cucumbers, the Crispy Shrimp w/Dragon Sauce & Togarashi, the Boneless GF Dry Rub Wings and finally the Buffalo Cauliflower. Because of our server we will return!“

“Whoa, all those suggestions are weird. IE has been our favorite place since they opened. The service is always good, the food is always good. It’s a little bit upscale but we regularly bike there so I never particularly care what I wear. Cocktails are good. Amari is really good.“

We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. “My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. The food was excellent and the servers were friendly and efficient.I got the fried chicken sandwich with cheese fries and both exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried about the cheese having that “cashew vegan cheese” taste (lol, IYKYK) but this was not the case at all. Wouldn’t have even guessed it was vegan cheese if I didn’t know. “Amazing cheesecake! I was never the biggest fan of cheesecake but this place made me a fan. I just shared some of my key lime with family at Easter and they all loved it. I shared some minis with coworkers and they all said how much they loved it as well.The cheesecake is so light and creamy. And the crust is a very important part as well that is done perfectly. I spoke with the owner when is stopped in and she was so enjoyable to chat with. The staff was so friendly as well, even holding the door when I left as they thanked me. I will definitely go back.“

“I was in Minneapolis for a show and wanted sushi. So glad I found this place!! The restaurant is beautiful inside and has a very nice outdoor patio with lots of umbrellas for shade. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated!Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. I only got a picture of the lemonade because I dug in right away because it was so tasty. The flavors were delicious across the board we all loved what we ate, the people running the restaurant were so kind and explained things we had questions on, we had a large group and they were very accommodating, and I can’t speak highly enough about this experience.
