Guy behind the counter was running the whole thing solo, but despite that, was absolutely crushing it. Food was SO good. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!
I had the taco salad. It was delicious. My partner had the Nipsey burger. She loved it.
Price is good. I like the new location in Midtown Market.
When I moved to the area from the country, I immediately started looking for plant based restaurants to go to in Minneapolis. I had wanted to go to trio, but they were moving locations at the time.
