I absolutely love New Bohemia! Every single brat I’ve had there has been amazing. I especially love the adventurous brats! The pretzel buns and their sauces are so good. I also love their cheese curds and truffle fries! There is a great selection of beer. I recommend this place to everyone!
The food was wonderful! i had the pepperjack mac and cheese with the stuffed provolone and pepperoncini wurst and the person I was with had the pepperjack mac and cheese with the chicken and fuji apple and both of us were amazed by how good the wurst were! The pepperjack was spicy enough to give you a good kick but not too spicy to burn your mouth while the wurst combined with it gave it a completely different profile! the stuffed wurst i had made the dish be on the smoky side...read full review

Casual and elbow-to-elbow seating replicates the feel of hanging out downtown or uptown, and the full-wall windows bring in excellent sunset light. The food options are excellent and the pretzel is good to split between three. A lot.of the sausage options clearly connect to my sense-memories from my experiences in Germany and taste authentic and delicious. The hometown takes on them (the Juicy Lucy Wurst is my favorite!) are also refreshing and filling.
