“Stopped and had lunch with a buddy and at the end we both asked why we do not meet there more often. Both had a simple lunch executed well. Ya know somedays you just need something simple and damn these brats were they tasty today. Fried onions and sauerkraut with a mustard that I wish I remembered its name but was so good. For a minute I almost ordered a second helping. Hit the spot for sure. This is a causal German Bier Haus, long communal tables, TV's everywhere and today the garage doors were open and let the breeze in.“

We had a really rough evening. The restaurant where we originally had reservations was running over an hour behind, and after waiting forever for dinner, we decided to take a chance and stop by Rosalia.

When we told the staff what had happened, we simply said we were grateful to get a table. What happened next completely turned our night around.

The manager, Will, and his team welcomed us warmly, brought over drinks on the house, and even treated us to an appetizer. From that point on, everything was exceptional. We ordered the Margherita pizza to play it safe and the Salsiccia to balance it out, and both were absolutely perfect.

To top it all off, our server brought us a sample of Little Bird ice cream because we had never tried it before.

Service like this is rare. It’s one thing to provide great hospitality when everything is going smoothly, but it’s another to step in and make someone’s evening better when the problem wasn’t yours to begin with. That kindness and care will stick with us, and it’s exactly why we’ll be coming back.

The Waiter, a young guy with a beard who moved to Mn from California with his wife, was very efficient and professional. “I went here for breakfast thinking I could order off a menu, but learned it was a buffet option that might not have offered me food choices in line with our dietary restrictions. I was dining with a long-time friend and we had both travelled far to meet up. Rachel on staff saw my consternation when we submitted to eating the buffet a d graciously offered various alternative solutions in an aim to accommodate us. Besides that, she showed empathy and care at an extraordinary level which made this experience something even more special than it already was intended to be given it was a small reunion. I am a loyal Marriott customer so I appreciate this level of service given the circumstances. Thank you for providing a wonderful atmosphere for the breakfast we were consequently able to eat here.“

“The Bulldog is a pretty standard place, warm beer, stiff drinks, but the reason I'm giving it a five star review is because of our server Hannah. She was AWESOME! “I love Brew Park. Our husky, Kona, loves it even more. The staff and park Rangers are incredible. You can bring your beer or wine into the park while you watch your pup play, or leave them there and watch them play behind the huge windows in the restaurant/bar area. I personally love going in the mornings to try new specialty coffees off their dog themed menu and grab some breakfast/brunch. All their staff are trained in dog behavior, and do a great job at keeping the park safe and fun for all pups! The indoor area is temp controlled. It's perfect for the really hot days, and the days that are too cold for my human body to endure. They have cute benches and areas to sit in the park, and even have TVs to watch the game while your dog has the time of their life. If you like dogs, you have to check out Brew Park.“
