“I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant and want to highlight a recent exceptional experience. The staff here has always been great, but this time they truly exceeded expectations. I faced a payment issue as my phone's tap-to-pay feature wasn't working, and I had no physical card or cash, only a card number to input manually. Unfortunately, the updated POS system seemed to lack this option. Instead of turning me away, the assistant manager, Elmo, went out of his way to find a solution, ultimately comping my meal after exhaustive efforts to process the payment. This gesture, along with the patience and problem-solving displayed by Elmo and his team, made me feel like part of the family. I'm so grateful for their service and believe they deserve recognition, perhaps with a company pizza party, as a token of appreciation for their outstanding work.“
“I asked if they had chocolate ice cream, and the lady said no despite advertising several blizzards with chocolate ice cream in them. I used this to push for a chocolate base for my blizzard, and she begrudgingly said that I could do that. I proceeded to order a small "chocolate" blizzard with cookie dough and Reese's peanut butter cups. There weren't enough mixins, but it was pretty solid. Honestly I think Culver's is way better. I should've gone there.“
“I ordered cookies for pick up today-Valentines Day!! I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my cookies and there were already 17 people in the store! The greeter was friendly and said there would be a short wait for orders! No problem! Then I realize that there was only one employee baking the cookies and only one employee preparing the orders! Why, why, why would they not have more help on what is probably Crumbl’s busiest days of the year!! I will say the young lady ( wish I had gotten her name) was doing a great job getting the orders out as quickly as she could and was very friendly and professional upon delivery which was commendable since I’m sure she was overwhelmed!! She definitely deserves a bonus from Crumbl for her service today! By the way, the cookies were as beautiful and delicious as ever ( also a compliment to her)!!“
“Drove from Richfield just to go to this location. John is such a nice guy and so friendly. The store was clean. He was inviting and very informative with the tester cookie information. I can tell he genuinely cares about this company and he’s one of the people Crumbl should be proud to have representing them.“
“More expensive than most places, but fairly decent location, staff seems a bit confused about how to direct customers, though. Didn't receive the food at the window, but got a sticker and a drink. The rest of the orders were taken out to the car after eventually being asked to park on the side of the drive through. Different than most places. Might have to try it again, as the food was very good. Hopefully a little training in customer interactions and direction would help bring new customers back. 3 times had to correct the ordering window about incorrectly placing pronouns. Just don't use them if it's too difficult to use them correctly. Then they snuck in another purposefully incorrect pronoun at the end. Customer service is not their forte, but at least the food was cooked correctly. Definitely workable with the right directives from management. I could try them again in a few months.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions were handled with care and followed the order as displayed at the drive through ordering speaker.“
“Best frozen custard I've ever had! It wasn't too sweet like others I've had before. They had quite a few options, I had the hot fudge sundae with banaa and my hubs had the banana split. The workers were all teens and they were super friendly and helpful. Parking spot is small because there is a drive thru (DRIVE THRU FOR FROZEN CUSTARD!! BRILLIANT!). Line went fast though. Wish we had this in the Bay Area. Wish we had better behaved teens with strong work ethic in the Bay Area. LOL! Cause these teens who work here would be a great example. You need to definitely head over to this spot. Great service and the best FROZEN CUSTARD!“
“The Cookies are a little too big for me, and just a little too sweet. The store itself was super clean and the employees were super nice. I was almost an hour early to pick up my order, they accommodated me with no fuss! Was accidently given the wrong cookie - probably due to me arriving so much earlier than I was supposed to - again they corrected the mistake without any fuss.“
“What a lovely find! I was just spending time in the area while my daughter attended a birthday party. We tried the koolaide orange and coffe chocolate flavors. Both were very good. This ice cream is not sugar bombed and tastes delicious.I’m always on the lookout for chili dogs especially out of season for Minnesota.I tried the chili cheese dog and although I’m sort of a health nut I enjoy the “fake” cheese on some of my food splurges. The onions were fresh and added a bite to the hotdog. If I would give the service staff 10 stars I would. It’s nice to see youth being employed and also treating customers exceptionally well.I will stop back in when I’m in the area.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids were in the establishment. A great family feel.“
“I came into the restaurant with my 2 children during busy lunch hour. We had a friendly staff experience and the quickest service I've ever gotten at Culver's. I think we got our food in less than a minute and a half. I was floored. They were so kind and friendly it spread to the patrons in the restaurant with me. Very good community feeling store. Love this location. Their A-team was on staff and I loved it. Food was delicious as always. A cone, a sundae, and a Culver's basket meal“
“Worth trying if you're in the mood for a fruity dessert that is close to ice cream. They have different types of fruity cakes and fruity ice cream/smoothie bowl related desserts.I would not call it an ice cream place. For 5 stars I would like to see some way of more easily understanding the menu. The fave that they want you to order from the kiosk makes it hard to ask questions from the staff.“
“When we came in we were greeted by Princess, she was polite, friendly, and helpful and you can tell she cared about giving the customer a great experience. My fiance ordered the potato mozzo Korean Corndog, and I got the strawberry snowball. I won't lie it took a minute for her to make it but when I saw how beautiful it looked and I was floored. The strawberry snowbing looked like something that you would expect from an upscale restaurant. It was absolutely delicious, and it made me want another but I was so full I almost had to get rolled to the car. I'm so glad I was able to find this little honey pot and to enjoy some of the things they have to offer. I'll definitely be back, too bad they aren't closer because this is 35 minutes away from where I live, but worth the visit. Thank you Princess for making me a fan.“
“Disregard those reviews that say this is "one of the best" ice creams they've had - it's "THE Best"! The flavors are so creative. At times you will scratch your head and wonder...who thinks of that? Then you pick up your pint and before you know it, it's gone! I'm telling you now...Zach is the Willy Wonka of ice cream! If you score a pint, you will feel as if you just found a golden ticket!“
“Similar in style to Culver's, hamburger patties are more crispy and slightly closer to a smash burger. They use shoestring fries, it's nice to have something different from every other place every once in a while.Their fry sauce is a major plus for me, though. It goes with everything. The cheese curds aren't firm like Culver's. They are soft with a lighter breading typically. Sometimes, if they are cooked longer, they become crispy. I've experienced both, and the cheese curds are good both ways!I have heard people say they actually prefer their chicken over places like Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. It is very good, I remain neutral on that debate, though! The dessert is good. Their shakes and mixers are nice. Culver's is better in this category, in my opinion. All orders are made to order, and it's always fresh. Staff are friendly. The inside is typically clean. There is handicap parking, I can't recall if the doors have a button to automatically open, though. I don't think they do if I had to guess.Parking: Plenty of parking. If Freddys' dedicated parking ever does reach capacity, I have never witnessed this happen, The Costco parking lot is maybe 3 meters away.“
“It's always a delight to see which cookies are available each week. Just when I think I have my top 5 it changes. Some are over the top sweet and some are absolutely perfect!Typically the staff is pretty good, not overly interactive, though polite. Each time we go in the store is clean and we love the bright open environment.“
“Ice cream was god they had a lot of fun flavors. A little overpriced for what you get in my opinion. The guy working was nice and explained flavors and made recommendations. They had good amount of seating and some kids seating as well. Great place to go a hot day.“
“Well, Cassie was a great food service worker. She apologized profusely about the ugliness of my concrete mini and was surprised that she could make something so ugly but promised that it tasted better than it looked. She was funny and attentive and asked if there was anything else that I needed. My 8 piece tenders with fries and a mixer were tasty. When did meals get so expensive though? Frfr, why is a Culver's meal $21? The world will never know. It was busy, but fine and the restaurant was clean. I only went because my friend wanted to go, and I thought that it would be super cheap.Parking: There was a bit of parking left.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids here because even the pickiest eater can find something to nosh on. The tables are large.“
“Food hot and fresh. I enjoy going to Culver's to treat myself to their draft rootbeer. Went at 6pm when drive thru was backed up. Went in to order and all the employees were hustling and smiling and apologizing for the wait great atmosphere of the crew. I was impressed. This site in Plymouth was rockin it!“
“Lovely ice cream place with wide variety of choices to select from in Downtown Hopkins. The service is great, the server helped us pick an awesome combination for the ice creams we picked, really happy with his suggestions.Their brownies are also super good!! Do checkout!“
“Food was great and the pup cup was the best I have seen at any Culver's! I will visit this location again just because of the pup cup and see if this location actually fully mixes a concrete mixer as the one I usually go to has gotten real bad and barely mixes them anymore.“
“Culvers makes a great walleye fry up this season, and is our family's to go spot for "fast food" done fresh. The drive through staff are awesome.Parking: Shares parking with a strip mall but it's enough for getting quick food.Kid-friendliness: Free scoop or cone with kid's mealWheelchair accessibility: Parking right in front of main entrance“
“Compared to other fast food places, this place is good. Compared to other Culver's, it's just ok. Fries and curds tasted like they had been sitting on a warmer for a while, concrete mixer wasn't really mixed, but the burger was good.“
“Love this cute little walk up Dairy Queen. Not sure why but feels a bit nostalgic to be able to order from the little window. My mom and I went to use the deal in the app for a blizzard!! Loved my Oreo hot chocolate blizzard!! Fast helpful service!!“
“It's self service top your own frozen yogurt. If you don't know how this works, you've been under a rock for a decade. Ask whomever unfroze you from hibernation. This is a perfectly normal execution of that concept. Bonus point because they have some cool toppings -- popping Boba, mint oreos, and multiple kinds of gummy. Points off because they need to hold the yogurt at lower temperature -- or comes out runny. Still, the kids liked it and I didn't mind! And it's local, which is great.“
“I received exceptional customer service from Mary Kay. Even though I didn't give a 72 hour notice to order my daughter's birthday this Saturday, she told me it can be done which really made my day!! Thank you Mary Kay! We will be ordering all our cakes from this location for our kids!“
