“The decoration and greenery is something ive never seen in a ice cream shop. The courtyard garden wow....and the ice cream is great. It was my first time there and nice employees. They dont allow pictures inside due to others privacy. I can see how that can get outta hand cause its so unique likes someone's house and garden.“

Some standouts on the menu:
Arlo - super gooey and delicious take on a chopped cheese. A great pick when you want the warm hug of a hot sandwich.

Finn - This vegetarian sandwich is sure to please pretty much anyone with fresh falafel, creamy goat cheese, and just a little heat from the peppers

Roman - I typically don't like ham sandwiches, but the turkey/ham combo on this sandwich combined with the classic toppings make this a craveable classic.“

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. “I had tried posting this review 2/22/2023, but not sure what I did wrong for it to not be public.

Short review- The staff are always friendly. All 9 flavors I’ve had so far have been delicious and I can’t wait to keep bringing friends to try Snowbing for their first time!
FYI: If you get Snowbing and Cruncheese at the same time you’ll need to pay from two separate registers. They’re right next to each other, so it’s no hassle!

TLDR-
I was so excited for Minnesota’s one and only Korean bingsu place to open! For those who don’t know, bingsu (빙수) is a milk based shaved ice dessert. Many people might have ice shavers to make their own, but it hits different when it’s made with the milk base.
Even though I live about 30 minutes away I’ve been almost 10 times. Snowbing has 10 flavors: Traditional Red Bean, injeolmi, strawberry, green tea red bean, chocolate, oreo, mango, watermelon, yogurt berry, and strawberry cheesecake. Checkout the photos included!

Flavors: The last time I went I finally tried the chocolate one, which I had been holding out on because I was worried it’d be overpoweringly sweet. It wasn’t! I would order it again in a heartbeat. I’ve gone with friends who’ve been worried about trying the yogurt berry because they didn’t want more dairy with the yogurt, but the yogurt is (in my opinion) mainly just drizzled on top for looks. We didn’t think it was too yogurty and really loved this bingsu because of the 3 fruits in it. I have yet to try the strawberry cheesecake before I’ve had them all, but can’t wait to check it off my list.

Pro tip: Eat the bingsu first, theeen get your cruncheese. If you eat the cruncheese first, there won’t be enough space for you to enjoy the bingsu! When I went my first time I was with 3 other friends. We got our own cruncheese then shared 2 different bingsus. I can eat my own bingsu bowl by myself as long as I eat that before any other food.

“We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “My daughter and I are here at 2:30 pm - the food is great actually. Just want to let the owner know I am witnessing the female manager yell at her male staff member loudly- it is unprofessional and I feel bad for him. She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. “Omg I moved to Minneapolis over 2 years ago and thought there were no DQs for me...then while meandering in the Skyway I found this place!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
I immediately got a smoothie and their pretzels with cheese, perfect post school snack! The dude behind the counter was incredibly friendly and in my hangry state I almost chose an Orange Julius over a smoothie but he kindly explained the difference.

“I debated leaving this review, but I think others might feel the same. I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t want to tank the overall rating but honestly, that doesn't reflect my personal experience or that of my friends.

Charging $5 for a single cookie just feels... off. Even accounting for overhead, the actual cost to make one cookie is way* less than $5. That kind of markup feels excessive- especially right now, when so many of us are being nickel-and-dimed from every direction.

I was genuinely excited to have a cookie shop nearby to satisfy those “I just want one good chocolate chip cookie” cravings. But at $5 each, the cookie would need to be exceptional. Instead, it tasted more like something factory-made than homemade, and my friends and I even wondered if they’re baked in-house at all.
Disappointing, to say the least. A more reasonable price could turn this place into a local gem. Right now, it just feels like a missed opportunity.“
