This review is purely for the food at Village Meats. I ate their fare at a catered graduation party and was able to try the BBQ Pork Ribs, Beans, Potato Salad, and Cole Slaw I would call dibs on these ribs ALL DAY Village's offerings were excellent. It was a mix of classic summer barbecue foods, launched to another level by delicious ribs that had plenty of meat. Excellent service from real professionals! Their homemade products are simply the best you can get anywhere. Definitely worth the drive from any part of the twin cities. Bacon like no other!

Amazing little local gem - solid deli, sandwiches, and frozen meats are available for purchase. I give a 5 star rating on service, John was a pleasure as he handled my order. I got a Turkey Cobb sandwich, some cookies from the case, burgers to grill for dinner-- and dill pickle chips! A place can never go wrong if they carry Old Dutch Dill pickle chips!
