I find the people extremely helpful and kind and sensitive to customers and the store’s environment. However, one item that I have been getting for many many years since I started coming to Caribou (when it first opened) is the coffee cake. In my view, it has too much of the cinnamon sticky Inner core that makes it too heavy to really eat pleasantly. I always peel off the thick goo in the center. Awesome vibe, unfortunately I ordered the vegan egg flatbread which secretly has real cheese on it. The menu does not say anything about cheese. And they couldn’t correct the order so I was stuck with my purchase. I emailed corporate because they really shouldn’t be serving a vegan sandwich that has real cheese on it. This is highly misleading.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which my coffee was prepared and handed to me. However, I did request it to be a tad less scorching, but honestly, I'd rather it err on the side of being too hot than disappointingly cold, so I'm not fussing about it in the least. I wholeheartedly endorse this place because the staff demonstrated exceptional speed, friendliness, and a genuine willingness to assist!
