EVERY TIME I am in town (from CA) I make it a point to stop at this specific Caribou. The staff is amazing - and they appear to actually like each other! They start my day off with a smile and they understand what "extra hot" means! :)

Coffee was good. The person at the register was not very friendly, but the person making my coffee was.
The manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful to every customer and doesn’t handle escalated customers well, will escalate more instead. Staff is clearly treated with poor care and disrespect. They close frequently early. Claiming “low staff” when they have 12 workers at 12 and close at 2. The manager has an attitude problem and is very loud and rude

I find the people extremely helpful and kind and sensitive to customers and the store’s environment. However, one item that I have been getting for many many years since I started coming to Caribou (when it first opened) is the coffee cake. In my view, it has too much of the cinnamon sticky Inner core that makes it too heavy to really eat pleasantly. I always peel off the thick goo in the center. I’ve noticed that Starbucks is now carrying a similar (almost the same) coffee cake, but it is more of a thin, cinnamon sugary item without the heavy, thick goo. I think if you change the recipe to be more like a coffee cake with a thin, crushed and thin cinnamon stream in the middle, that you would be selling many many many more coffee, cakes – – at least to me and my family, and I suspect many others as well. Thank you for listening to me. I hope this comment is helpful and you will thank me with a lifelong subscription to the modified coffee cake.! L O L.
Awesome vibe, unfortunately I ordered the vegan egg flatbread which secretly has real cheese on it. The menu does not say anything about cheese. And they couldn’t correct the order so I was stuck with my purchase. I emailed corporate because they really shouldn’t be serving a vegan sandwich that has real cheese on it. This is highly misleading.
