“The entire upper echelon that controls this restaurant needs serious modifications in their business practices. They are forcing a staffing issue to seriously interfere with the potential high quality of service. They have devoted staff, but are forced to limit their use. People are wanting to order take-out instead of eating in a friendly efficient restaurant atmosphere. The staffing issue is notably apparent to all customers.“

“I doordashed a pizza and wings. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't correctly made. It had mushrooms on it and the people eating can't stand them. So the pizza went to waste. I called and spoke with Mgr Bailey(spelling?) And she handled the situation promptly and professionally. Offered me multiple options and empathized with my situation. She stated she had to call me back either tonight or tomorrow morning and speak with another manager to find resolution. She called back within 5 minutes. Not often do managers get recognized for the challenging situations they go thru and finding resolutions to make the customer satisfied again. Because of her and how she handled it all, I would definitely give this place another chance. Nice work Bailey!!!“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The food was plentiful, and most important, absolutely delicious. The Howe provided a broad selection of food choices and the chef was really helpful at helping me estimate the amounts we would need. All of the guests had good things to say about the food

What brings me to give Aster Cafe 5 stars (and I would give more if I could! 🌟 ) is the outstanding food and the consistently warm and welcoming service. Their menu changes seasonally, the coffee is solid and the spirited drinks are delicious, and all ingredients are fresh. Presentation of the dishes is also good.

This is a go-to place for a date, with friends before going to see a show, or for a work lunch or dinner. The patio is dog friendly so you could also just hang out with your pup 🐶. They also sometimes have live music 🎶.“
