“We had so much fun here for my husband’s birthday. We went as a family of 5. The gal who was taking care of us overheard us wishing him a happy birthday and threw in free donuts which were delicious. The margarita was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was great!“

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I have a nut allergy, and they were incredibly accommodating, taking the time to answer questions, ensure my food was safe, and make me feel completely comfortable dining there. Their attention to detail and genuine care were greatly appreciated.

On top of that, our group placed a fairly large order during what appeared to be one of their busiest times, yet the food came out incredibly fast. I was honestly amazed at how efficiently the team worked while still maintaining such a high level of service. Despite the rush, every staff member remained friendly, professional, and attentive.

The food itself was outstanding. Everything arrived fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the quality and presentation of the meals. Every dish we ordered exceeded expectations and left everyone at the table impressed.

The atmosphere was just as incredible as the food and service. The environment was welcoming, energetic, and enjoyable without feeling overwhelming. Combined with the exceptional staff and amazing food, it made for an experience that we will definitely be talking about for a long time. We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. “The Jucy Lucy is the best hamburger I’ve ever had, with zero exaggeration. Fast, fresh, delicious. So good, had to get a second one. 1/2 order of fries is huge, can’t imagine the amount in a full order! Claire is the most lovely server.“

“Food was very good. My mom got the shrimp lemon and chicken pasta which was FANTASTIC 10/10 on that. My dad got the pot roast stroganoff which was also fantastic another 10/10. I got the prime rib French dip which the sandwich was fantastic, however the au jus was very bland which was disappointing. The tater tots were awesome. Would definitely eat here again!!“

Any one can buy great ingredients and high end products, but can you make sidewalk grass , spruce pine , lingcod , wildrice and strawberry taste good ?(Not a real dish just something off top of my head) That's talented and worth talking about , the folks here have talent. “I wanted to take a moment to shout out an amazing restuarant located in minneapolis called Nolos Kitchen & Bar! As most of you know by now my girls and I had planned to fly out to california for my bachelorette party and winded up with a cancelled flight first thing in the morning at 4am thanks to microsoft. after we arrived to the airport and stood in line for 4 hours we were told that the next flight wasn’t available for another 24hours at 6 am the next day. We decided to go get breakfast while we figured out our next move and what we were supposed to do for the next 24 hours. We arrived to Nolos in pretty low spirits but that was quickly turned around when we met our waitress. Not only was the food PHENOMENAL, but they went as far as to make us my favorite cocktail (which wasn’t even on the menu!) As we sat and enjoyed our breakfast we talked about where we should go/what we should do/ and about how tired we were because we were only running on a couple of hours of sleep. We were at the point of even contemplating piling back into the car to take a nap when our sweetheart of a waitress approached us and informed us that they had a basement bar that didn’t open until 5 pm that night. She proceeded to tell us that since the basement bar didn’t open till later the owner offered us their full basement as a safe haven for the day for us to get some sleep/ hang out in until we were ready for our next move. The basement had a lounge room for all my girls to pile in and get a few hours of sleep as well as whenever we wanted a drink or snack we could go right up stairs and order as needed. AS WELL as it was fully stocked with arcade games and a photo booth to keep us occupied.Ontop of everything they even covered 50% of our food and drink tabs😭 Nolo’s genuinely saved us that day- and i could never be more thankful that we walked into that restaurant that morning. We were met with nothing but kindess and generosity. If you want to go somewhere with kind people , AMAZING food, fun cocktails , and overall an amazing atmosphere I would HIGHLY reccomend Nolos Kitchen & Bar in minneapolis. I promise you won’t be dissapointed ! Thank you NOLO's Kitchen staff for going above and beyond !!!!“

“So, I’ve had unpredictable bouts of constipation throughout my life. I remember receiving enemas that were meant for elderly individuals when I was 8 or 9. When I attended this restaurant, I haven’t had a bowel movement in around 2-3 days. Previously before that I required stimulant laxatives, which creates muscle contractions to force waste out of your anus. I tried a basic cheeseburger with a side of fries, and a raspberry peach iced tea. As soon as I finished my meal, I felt it. The rumbling that signals such an impending cloud of doom in your stomach, causing your heart to metaphorically drop 50 feet from my chest. I drove home, as I didn’t feel it appropriate to require Perkins to call in a biohazard crew to wall off the women’s restroom. Immediately I rushed down to the toilet, and unleashed hell. 3 days worth of regularly eaten-and-digested goodness exploded out of my bottom like a flood gate- It was indescribable the stench, it could probably harm a small child. Like not normal fecal matter, something radioactive and potent enough to kill a rodent. It was half liquid and half solid as it endlessly exited it’s swollen, dark tomb. I have never felt such relief, and from the most unlikely of places. Thank you, Perkins. May our stars cross again someday when I need to take a giant gorilla dump.“

“We were looking for a place for an anniversary brunch, and found this. Great patio seating, view of the lake (we’re going for a walk around the lake when we finish), fantastic food. We split a dish and it was plenty. And they do a refill on drip coffee.

We are 100% satisfied and will return!“

“Great place to play pool. BEST WATER U WILL EVER DRINK!! I'm not even a water drinker. & couldn't get enough of this water! No lie!! E-tabs are fun! & I won here! Decent crowed of mixed age groups nice environment all the way around. Drama free!! Mixed races very diverse & comfortable to chill & just have fun w/friends. The food was good too! We stayed a few hrs & all of us enjoyed our evening out! I highly suggest this place if u are looking for a place to go and just get out. We will be back!“
